DIT - The University of innovation and technology.

Placements: Currently, I am pursuing a BCA at DIT University. The average percentage of students who get placed at the IT university is 72.8%. The highest package last year in BCA was 48 lacs, the average package was 5.5 lacs, and the lowest package was 3.8 lacs. The top recruiting companies were Ola, Google, Microsoft, and Oracle. At DIT University, they try to provide an internship from the first year of college to all the students. Mainly everyone got recruited as a junior software engineer after pursuin...

DIT University (all at one place).

Placements: The average placement is 4.5 lakhs, and 60% of students in B.Tech. CSE are placed from this college. The placement cell of DIT helps students to get eligible for placements and every student is given equal opportunity according to their required CGPA and their requirements or desired companies .

Strong Academic Infrastructure but Poor Placements and Hostel/Mess facilities.

Placements: Talking about the 2023 pass-out batch, honestly only 50-60% of students were placed. The highest package was around 44 LPA by Harness and the lowest were among the Sales placements roughly around 3-4 LPA. Top recruiting companies for my course are Oracle, Accenture, Encryption Consulting LLC, Juspay, etc. No, there will be no one placed for internships; it’s just the placements. Roles - Junior SDE, Associate Sales Manager, etc.

Amazing location of DIT.

Placements: The placement is good in DIT. Many companies provide internship programs for students in DIT. Amazon, TCL , Wipro, Hayat, and other companies have given the jobs to students in previous years. There are many internship programs in the 2nd and 3rd year in BCA, which helps the students to grow their knowledge more, and placements are easily available for them in the final year.

Best Btech College in Dehradun.

My college life in DIT University, Dehradun

Placements: The highest package for this year, 2023, pass-out students was 1.5Cr and the lowest package was 1.5LPA. One of the top companies that comes to our college is Deloitte, part of the top 5 in the country. I am solely talking about my course, B.Tech. CSE (AIML). The students getting internships depend on the students instead of the college. We get internship offers through our emails; it's up to us if we want to do it. Along with regular classes, we're also told to develop our skills and are sent co...

Overall, the college is good. I strongly recommend it.

Placements: About 70% of this college's students got placed, and the lowest package is 2.5 lakhs while the highest is 6 lakhs. The top recruiting company is Wipro. I strongly suggest this university for those who like to travel and enjoy the mountains, as this university is surrounded by them.

If you’re someone looking for a mix of good education and fun campus life, it's a solid choice.

Placements: Here's the real talk: placements at DIT are decent to good. If you study well, you can get placed. Big companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, and even some international firms come for campus drives. Package-wise, it's decent. The highest placements can go up to 25-30 LPA for top students, but the average package is around 5-6 LPA. The placement percentage is around 85%, and there are enough internship opportunities.

This college is decent in case of placements and excellent in case of college life.

Placements: Above 90% of students were placed last year. The highest package was 30 LPA, and the average was 6.5 lakhs. Top recruiters are Tata, Airtel, TCS, Wipro, etc. If you are skilled, you can easily get an internship at top companies. Almost 20% will get internships.

Yeah, I am very much satisfied with my college, it provides me with a lot of facilities.

Placements: Around 60% of students are placed in this course who have scored above 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths in the 12th examination. The highest package till now is around 50 lakhs per annum, and I have no idea about the lowest package. The top recruiting companies are Oracle, Ambience, TCS, HCL, etc. Students who have secured a good CGPA, around 8 or above, are eligible for placement and internships.

Placements poor. For Location 10/10 recommended college but not for anything Else I guess.

Placements: Only 20 to 30% were placed in my batch. The average package was 2.49 LPA and Highest was 5.5 LPA. The top recruiters involved SMS Group, Asahi Glass, UNO Minda, Royal Enfield in which only 2 to 4 students got placed in each. Not more than 20% have got internships from the campus. GET roles were offered. The placement was so bad in my batch.

I am not satisfied as a design student of animation and VFX, cant say if they will get us placed.

Placements: There were almost 25 students in our batch and we are going to pass out in 2028. Lets see, if we get placed or not because this course is new in our college. Though UI UX designers can be placed with a salary package of 30 LPA. But as I want to be an animator or VFX designer, i will not promote this course in our college.

Very excited to see my future in software engineer industry

Placements: Around 80 students are there in each class. I got minimum 75%in 12. Lowest package was 2 lakh, highest 7 lakh and average 4 lakh. Software engineer was the role offered. The package of the BCA in the DIT university is quite good as compared with the other colleges in Dehradun. It is one of the best university in Dehradun.

Review of DIT University.

Placements: Placements are good here if you have a good skill set in your course. I have seen a lot of seniors getting placed at good companies here like Google, Adobe, Microsoft, etc. Moreover, it depends on us whether we are capable of getting placed at that position.

Hostel life in the college is fabulous, but I got disappointed about placements.

Placements: Almost 50-60 percent students were placed through campus selection. The highest package was around 12 lpa and the average was 4-5 lpa. Our top recruiting companies are Adobe, Microsoft, IBM, and Optum. About 30-40 percent of students got internships with companies like Wipro and Infosys.

Really good college life .

Placements: Placements are average; you only get placements if you are skilled and maintain a good CGPA. The average package for B.Tech is around 6 LPA, and the average package for BCA is around 4-5 LPA. The good thing is everyone gets to sit for interview; the rest depends on you and your skills. There were some 40 LPA placements too, if you are skilled.
