Absolutely satisfied because of study and faculty.

Placements: 90% of students were placed in our course. I am so much happy to be one of the students of our university. 80% was the highest, the lowest, and the average package offered in our course. MCL, NALCO, and many more companies are recruiting for our course. There are 70% of students who got internships from our course and in which companies.

Our college has a good value for money.

Placements: Around 5% of students received job placements. A few of the companies that offered placements were MPEDCA and Exide Finance. The highest cutoff percentage required for admission into B.Com was 60%. Some students were able to secure CA placements in Bhubaneswar through MPEDCA. The estimated cost for the 3-year B.Com course is around Rs. 20,000.

It is a good college with well-qualified professors but the infrastructure is not good.

Placements: You had to score 1st division i.e., 60% for placements. There were no top recruiting companies that visit our college to hire students. The average salary offered ranges from Rs 30,000 per month - Rs 50,000 per month. It was one of the oldest and most well-reputed colleges in Western Odisha. If you want to pursue jobs with decent salary packages then I would recommend students opt for other colleges.

Review of Gangadhar Meher University.

Placements: I was a student at GM University. It is a good college. The mates I met and the boarders I lived with were too good. The highest package offered then was around 4-5 LPA, and the lowest package was 1-2 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Reliance, Birla etc. Around 60 to 70% of students got internships from the course in Reliance and Birla Group. The top roles offered in our course are business head or management head of some hotels and management companies.

Our college provides excellent teaching, good environment, better placements and infrastructure.

Placements: A good amount of students get recruited here. Many companies come into the campus to offer valuable jobs to the students. Internships are also offered to the graduated students and also to the undergraduates. The recruitment process is a little difficult for students, but students who have about 75% of attendance are only applicable for applying. The starting salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month.

Superior among all the institute present in the area.

Placements: It is an autonomous university which got it's status 4 years before. Currently, there is no such offering for placement here. But the overall record is good here. And it also holds a good position in entire western Odisha. Admission fee is very low as compared to other institutes in this region.

MBA at GM University - a bird's eye view.

Placements: Though it has a very good base for producing learned and skilled learner, it performs poorly in placing students and fetching jobs for students. In the year 2013, only 28 percent of students got a job directly from the college while others were left wondering.

Absolutely awesome because of environment and faculty members.

Placements: College use subjects test like math & English to check the academic skill levels of entering students. Then the college can place each student in classes at the right level. The major objective of campus placement is to identify the talent and qualified professionals before they complete their education. It provides employment opportunities to the students who are perusing or in the final stage of completing the course.

Gangadhar Meher University was one of the famous colleges of Odisha.

Placements: One can not be satisfied with the placement quality of this university. According to me, it is below average, you know! Not a place where you can expect good placement. This university is having just its old glory, which is now lost, and somewhere they are trying to find it out.
