No, the university does not offer direct admissions for BTech course. However, students who have qualified GIETEE exam are eligible to take admission in BTech course at GIET University. However, the candidate’s DOB should fall on and after 1997 to apply for GIETEE.

The university reserved a total number of seats for BTech students, i.e., 1,254. Majority of seats are reserved for BTech in Lateral Entry, i.e., 234. As per data available, the BTech seats are reserved for ten specialisations.

GIET Gunupur University BTech fees ranges between INR 2.7 lakh and INR 7.6 lakh. The fee varies depending on the specialisation selected by the students.
