GITAM, or Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, is the body that conducts GAT PGP for post-graduation-level programmes in Pharmacy. The GAT PGP application forms are now available on the official website of GITAM, gitam.edu. Students who want to be admitted to the M.Pharma course must fill out the GAT (PG) application form soon. The last date to apply for the admission is March 25, 2025

The GITAM Admission Test (GAT) will be held on March 29, 2025. After the commencement of the exam, the GITAM GAT PGP 2025 result will be announced on March 29, 2025. The last date for payment of fees for scholarship candidates is April 7, 2025. At last, applicants will be able to take admission via the GAT PGP exam is April 14, 2025

Q:   What is the exam pattern of GAT (PGP)?

A: 

According to the exam pattern of GAT (PGP) the total number of questions which will be asked in the exam will be 100. Each question will carry 2 marks hence the exam will be conducted for a total of 200 marks.  The total time alloted to the GAT (PGP) exam is for a duration of 150 minutes or 2 hour 30 minutes

Q:   Is there an option to choose a medium of instruction for the GAT (PGP) exam?

A: 

No, as per the previous year trend's there is no option to choose the medium of instructions of the GAT (PGP) exam. Applicants will have to solve all the questions in English language only. There will not be any change in the medium of instructions and it will remain same for everyone who will appear in the exam.

GAT PGP 2025 Application form

GAT PGP 2025 application forms are available on the official website of GITAM University, gitam.edu. The last date to apply for GAT PGP 2025 is March 29, 2025. Candidates can fill out the GITAM GAT PGP application forms via both modes, online and offline. Candidates who wish to fill and submit the application form by sending a DD of INR 150 to GITAM University to get the hard copy of the application form through Post. Candidates can also collect the application forms from the authorised mentioned bank branches such as Union Bank of India, Indian Bank, and Karur Vysya Bank by paying a sum of INR 150.

Candidates who are applying via online procedure have to pay a sum of INR 800, which is a uniform fee for all genders and categories. Candidates can pay the fee through Credit/Debit or Net Banking. Candidates applying via offline mode have to send a DD in favor of GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam, at the University's address.

A: 

Applicants who want to take admission through GAT (PGP) must note that they can avail 100% of scholarship based on the entered rank /score/percentile of the eligible GAT or national or state entrance test as per GITAM scholarship policy. 

Students must know that GAT (PGP) scholarship is available for first year students only and to avail the scholarship one must secure a CGPA of 8.0 and above.
