Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

Good infrastructure, good faculty, average placements and a normal college life.
Placements: It is a non-professional course, so we rarely have placements. However, the BTech students in our college get average placements. Only a few companies come and visit the campus. Many students have gotten internships. Starting a few years ago, internships have been made compulsory for students.
Infrastructure: The university has good infrastructure for every department, including labs and a library that has all the books you need to study for your course. The hostel is nice and the food quality is average. There is a health center open on weekdays, and the university has a large sports complex.
Faculty: The teachers here are extremely qualified and helpful, although the quality of teaching varies from teacher to teacher. Some teachers are very good, while others are not as helpful. The curriculum is very relevant, as it follows the New Education Policy. The semester exams are not that difficult to pass; you can easily get a good score by studying just a little bit.
Other: I was quite interested and fascinated by the subject of physics and the topics related to it, which is why I joined this course. However, I do wish that there were fewer subjects to study. Due to the New Education Policy (NEP), we have to study multiple papers that aren't even slightly related to our course, which can be a problem sometimes.

Really good environment and infrastructure with supportive faculty.
Placements: The GGU has very strong network of recruiting companies in all the fields . The university organise a fest every year for students to seek internship and placements in various companies . The top role offered in my course in teaching, researcher, technical consultant .
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good of Guru Ghasidas University . The labs equipment are of well condition. The classroom is very student friendly it is equipped with all the latest technology like smart board. The Wi-Fi facility is also very good. The hostel is well maintained.
Faculty: The professor here are experts in their respective field and also very passionate about sharing knowledge to students. Throughout the semester professor helps students to clear all their doubts in classroom as well as outside the classroom. The professor here are good for guidance and support.
Other: The campus life of GGU in very best . The extracurricular activity are very diverse there is something for everyone from arts, sports, musical club to drama clubs .

I would recommend joining this college.
Placements: Our college provides placements for B.Tech students only. On-campus placements are average. About 20% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Around 5-10% of students got internships from our course. It is an average college in terms of placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college and the physics department is good. The hostel seats are very few, so fewer students get the hostel. 1st-year hostels are good, but they are far from our department.
Faculty: The course curriculum is average. All faculty members are good and highly qualified. They are very supportive. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate.
Other: I opted for this course because it is one of the best courses to pursue. Our college is good for this course.

Average but still better than many universities. Good value for money.
Placements: There is no on campus placement in B.Sc. Physics Hons but if someone works really hard then that person can get off campus placement by working skills and adding good certificates to his or her biodata. But there is placement in B.Tech and people with good biodata can sit in that placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good but not excellent. Specially the Physics department has good infrastructure in comparison to other department but the hostel seats are very few so less people get hostels and the 1st year hostels are good but they are much far from the department of Physics.
Faculty: The curriculum is average but the faculty members of Physics department are very much qualified and very supportive. They are always ready to help students to fulfill their goals and aspirations. The exams are conducted in a strict manner and in a proper way .
Other: It has good diverse crowd from all over India and the surrounding is full of greenery. There are many fest which happens in the universities but they are not as good as the fests in IITs and NITs .

Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya Bilaspur is best institute in Chhattisgarh for degree courses.
Placements: Many students have qualified CSIR NET Physics exam and well as GATE exam and they got selected in various departments for the job purpose. Many students did their internships at institutions like riser and iits for their research interests. I don't have any idea about the salary package.
Infrastructure: There is a very good environment on the campus of Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. There is a Wi-Fi connection for the entire campus, each department has separate laboratories, and there is one central library on the University campus where there are so many books.
Faculty: Yes, teachers of our department are well qualified and many of them doing their post-doctorate degrees from abroad. There is a nuclear Physics lab where our teachers do so many research things. In our department, the semester exam is not so difficult a student who reads class notes can easily pass the exam.
Other: I like to know about our universe and physical phenomena so I choose Physics at guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya Bilaspur. Physics helps us know about natural phenomena. There are facilities of scholarship for sc, st and obc candidates, I suggest improvement on labs because the instruments are old of 2004 - 2006 version.
