It has a good infrastructure, but they have to provide more industrial and practical knowledge.
Placements: At Guru Nanak Dev University, almost 20-30% of the students got placements. In GNDU, companies like HDFC, TCS, Bandhan Bank, Axis Bank, etc., are recruiting from our college. Internships are not provided by the university. Most companies come for recruiting the managers.
Infrastructure: The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and there are spacious classrooms. It has good infrastructure, big library buildings like a mall of books. We always get things we need. In boys' hostel, the rooms are good & spacious. The food served in the mess is also good.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful and kind. Their teaching skills are very good, and they always treat their students like their family. It depends upon students whether he/she is ready for the industry or not. Exams are difficult, sometimes students get confused in the exam hall.
Other: I chose MBA for getting a good job with better packages. I wish the university to improve in practical and industrial knowledge. Events and fests are very entertaining and enjoyable.

I am satisfied with the infrastructure. It is an average college in case of placements.
Placements: There are about 60 seats in marketing, about 120 seats in general, about 60 seats in finance, and about 30 seats in HR. Till now out of 270, about 50 students got placed in the previous year. The highest salary package offered to 2 students by Amazon is 20 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 3-5 LPA. Most students get placed. Even this year, I got placed in HDFC Life with a salary package of 4.15 LPA. Companies like Jaro, HDFC Life, Bandhan Bank, Axis Bank and HDFC Bank visited our campus for placements. Only 5% of students get an internship from university, and all other students have to adjust themselves.
Infrastructure: The college does not provide Wi-Fi facility for students. Classrooms are good and well-maintained with projectors and benches. It provides a huge library with many books by foreign writers. I would rate 10 out of 10 for the library. Canteens are very good, and there are about 10-15 canteens in university. Medical facilities available in our college are not only for students but also for outsiders. Mess is always a huge concern as the quality of food served is below-average.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are PhD holders. I would rate 8 out of 10 their qualification. But the practical work is not there, especially in the MBA. So I don't think the course curriculum makes the student industry-ready. It only depends on students own capabilities, and only students confidence increases.
Other: I have chosen this course because it has a wider scope. I always want to go to the marketing line because I have an interest in marketing. The best thing about our course is there are greater chances of growth. One thing I would like to improve would be the inclusion of practical work. Many fests and events are organised at our university. It is a huge university. The needy students get help in the form of fee concession, and scholarships are also provided to toppers and sportspersons.

The department's placement inside the university is very poor, but the infrastructure is good.
Placements: The highest salary offered was INR 9 Lacs and the lowest was around INR 2 Lacs. The average salary was INR 4 Lacs per annum The internship went well. About 70% got paid internship and 15% opted for an unpaid internship. The highest stipend was INR 10,000 per month and the lowest stipend was INR 2000 per month.
Infrastructure: Wi-fi is not there. Classrooms are good, neat and clean. Medical facilities are brilliant on the campus with a dedicated department. Food available in the mess is just okay at a low price. A new hostel is made for MBA students especially for boys and that is much better.
Faculty: Teachers are good, but some of them are average. Student to faculty ratio is 30:1. We didn't get any industrial exposure within the curriculum period. The course curriculum is really useful when we worked at our internship site and guided for understanding the business environment and our role to the organization.

Best government University in the northern India!
Placements: The placements at the University are improving overtime. Very good companies are coming to university from last few years named as Amazon, Azure power, Byjus etc. The placement department is also very helpful. Admit sir is very helpful. I find placements very good. I myself got placed at Azure power and xenon stack at very good package.
Infrastructure: The classroom of UBS are very advance. All the lectures are taught on projector. Main library also contains thousands of books, though the notes provided by teachers in class are brilliant and enough. University do have dispensary. We also have a big football ground, handball, basketball grounds and a very good astrotroph hockey stadium. Gym and swimming pool of university is world class. New hostels has been constructed. Very brilliant infrastructure.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, knowledgeable. Most of them are Ph.D. All the education is given through projectors. You need to study on your own also. Teachers are really very helpful. Department seniors also helps in providing internships to students. You can learn a lot from the University specially in MBA marketing. I owe a lot to the University.

Placements for 2015 batch were good.
Placements: Placements for 2017 batch were great. Most of the students were placed in MNCs and public sector. Infosys offered the highest salary package. Other MNCs offered the average salary package. Private banks visited our campus and offered a role of assistant manager.
Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, and sports and games. Quality of food served is good. Standard classrooms are available. Books available in the library provide great knowledge. Food served in the canteen is good. Hostel rooms are good. Medical facilities are available in our hostel.
Faculty: Teachers in the college are helpful. Almost all the teachers are highly qualified. If students face any problems regarding studies, then teachers provide them with new ideas and methods. The student-faculty ratio of our batch is good. The environment of classrooms is good.
