Absolutely satisfied and happy.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, classrooms, and library are all good and present and are really at the top. The library is state of the art, only needing some power backup. Hostel quality is good but very far from the city. The mess food is good and can’t be complained about. They also keep changing the menu regularly.

IIST - Unique or just another IIT?

Infrastructure: Since the college started in 2007, hostels have been pretty new and always clean. Since it's not a very populated college, you will always find it calm and peaceful here. In the first year, one has to share a room with 2 other batchmates, which turns into 2 people per room from the 2nd year onwards.

Learning and enduring platform.

Infrastructure: The department is huge. We have various types of labs for experiments and research. We have a library and the hostel also provides us with basic amenities. The medical care and help are also available. The food is hygienic and taste may depend upon individual choices.

A good institute for study and research.

Infrastructure: 1. The infrastructure is really good; the college was set up in 2007, so you can imagine how new the department buildings are: 2. Personally, I am amazed after seeing the lab facilities in IIST. There are more than 30 labs in IIST that are well-functioning. You will find one or two Ph.D. students working in the labs always. (for example, we have a space lab in our college. I personally visited that lab and did some work also. 3. Talking about other facilities, classrooms are very nice (having A...

Our college is good for students who have an interest in space science.

Infrastructure: If students want to work in labs, this place is a heaven. Hostels aren't top-notch but they are better than NITs. Wi-Fi has restrictions for games and some websites like other institutes. The mess is not good. It does not provide good food like other colleges.

It is a good college in terms of education.

Infrastructure: Apart from sports facilities, all facilities are available like labs, classrooms, a library, etc. The hostel facilities are good. The quality of the food is good. The taste is not good. I don't know what the staff says. It's South Indian food. I am a South Indian but I don't like the food. Medical facilities are good. There is only one small canteen in the entire campus. It is open only from 8 AM - 11 PM. It is difficult to find a canteen facility during exam time, so we need a night canteen.

A hidden gem of a college (better than new IITs).

Infrastructure: Excellent course infrastructure; the library is very huge with a large collection of books; 24hr 5G Wi-Fi for students; quality of food is average, but there are various food joints nearby, so that is not a big issue. Sports facilities are also good and improving every day, as now the B.Tech students will have credit for sports too.

Review of IIST - Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology.

Infrastructure: The hostels are newly built, and they are well managed. The warden is a painter. IIST is very strict on rules. Washing machines are not available; you will have to pool your money and buy one yourself, and the cleanliness could be better. The course is good.

Everyday starts with excitement and ends with new learnings.

Infrastructure: Basically, it’s a superb environment with all the necessities. Through various extracurricular activities, they pave the way for our development. Because of them, we are able to showcase our skills like leadership, passion, and empathy. This environment makes us feel our social responsibilities.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, good placements, and really good infrastructure and facilitie

Infrastructure: Faculty members come from all over India and have post-doctoral degrees in their specific fields. Many have been educated at Ivy League colleges. Classrooms are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. The library is excellent, fully air-conditioned with six floors, and includes educational books, scientific papers, and novels. Hostels are also good and clean, though they lack AC and have common washrooms. Food at the mess is varied—some is good, some not so much.

Satisfied with academics, sports and extracurricular activities.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi's are sometimes unstable but yes, they are efficient. You do not get Wi-Fi or any Internet in your classrooms, of course. There's a 5-story library and more than 35,000+ books there, mostly related to space and the course. There's not much in the literature section. The food is hygienic but not tasty enough but yes, you won't get sick. Sports are evolving there.

IIST review: good infra, facilities and placements but lack of extra curriculars.

Infrastructure: The classrooms and labs at IIST are fully furnished, with air conditioning available in most labs and some classes. The Wi-Fi facilities are available all over the campus. Our campus contains free medical facilities, indoor and outdoor sports, a gym, and other amenities. The sports facilities are not great, but we have a wide range of sports activities, including outdoor sports like cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, and basketball, as well as indoor games like chess, carrom, table tennis...

Many opportunities for working in ongoing projects and research work like in Space lab, Rf lab.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is new, and the labs are well maintained, with some labs having advanced equipment. The entire campus has excellent Wi-Fi connectivity, and there is a large, air-conditioned library building with many books for coursework and extracurricular reading. The mess food is not particularly tasty but is very healthy. There is a 24-hour medical facility on campus, and excellent sports and games facilities are available, including cricket, basketball, football, badminton, pool,...

It's a good college if you really want to study, and campus life is also good .

Infrastructure: Yes, the infrastructure is good, and the college is growing and modifying the infrastructure; they are making new hostels, cricket stadiums, swimming pools, etc. And it's a kind of green campus; you will find trees and grasses all around the college with the protection of CIF.
