IIT Bombay Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Powai, Mumbai

Placements: Around 80% of people are placed in my course. The highest package will be near and may be more than 1 crore depending on the batch; the lowest will be below 10 lacs; the average will be around 25 lacs. Google, Apple, IBM, Uber, and Microsoft are the top recruiting companies. Still, our batch didn't get an internship. I am in my 2nd year.

Placements: IIT is known for its placements and the good career opportunities it provides to students. The highest package goes up to 4 crores per annum, while the lowest is 4 LPA. We get placements from MNCs like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Around 80% of students secure internships with these companies.

Placements: There are at most 1700 students in my batch. I am in Aerospace department; in my batch, only 5% of students are in aerospace engineering. In Aerospace department, jobs opportunities are very few in private sector, but if we try on government side, we could get better jobs with good packages. Placements: Approximately 90–95% of students from my course were placed. The highest package offered was around 3 crore per annum, the lowest was about 12 lacs per annum, and the average package was around 16–17 lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies include Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. About 60% of students secure internships through placement cells with companies such as Brain & Co., P&G, Microsoft and L. E. K. The top roles offered were in engineering, management, and analytics.

Placements: Major students are placed in good companies for mechanical cores like Jaguar Land Rover, Honda, and Tata Steel. Apart from that, many students pursue higher studies and go to colleges like Stanford and MIT. 90% of students in my batch get internships at top companies, be it software, consult or mechanical core.

Placements: 400+ M.Teach students are placed every year here at IIT. Engineering & Technology was observed as the top sector in the placements followed by IT/Software. In my batch, the placement percentage decreased a little since fewer students participated. The highest international package stood at more than INR 2.1 CPA the highest domestic package stood at more than INR 1 CPA. Honeywell, ISRO, Airbus were the top recruiters.

Placements: The placements of IIT Bombay are one of the best in the entire country. The percentage of placements in my senior year was around 75 % for all the branches, and it is was similar to that in my own degree. Placements: 80% of students were placed in this course. The highest might be 24 lpa, and the lowest around 12–13 lpa. The top recruiting company for this course is HUL. Around 50% get internships in random companies and just 1 or 2 in HUL. The top roles are R&D, research fellowships, etc.

Placements: Around 70–80 percent of people end up with good or decent placements, and some of them pursue higher education, such as a such as a Masters in Teaching or an MBA. The companies have retreated since the COVID period due to the heavy recession. But they are expected to improve in the coming years.

Placements: The placement opportunities in IIT Bombay are amazing. Due to its high packages offered it is one of the top most choice of engineering students. Placements: 7th and 10th-semester onwards students can sit for placements. All big brands and leading companies come to campus every year to hire students. From Microsoft to Wipro, from Morgan Stanley to Axela, PSU, from Deutsche Bank to IDBI Bank, all companies come to college every year. Placements: I completed my graduation in 2023, but this year, the highest package that IIT Bombay offers is about 3.47 crore in international placements and 1.54 crore in domestic placements. Around 89% of students are placed this year, with about 324 companies offering placements. The average package this year is 21.82 Lacs per annum.

Placements: In the realm of student placement, 80% find opportunities within core or non-core sectors. This statistic underscores the diversity of career paths available to students. In the second year, 30 percent of the students got internships. The average package is 30 LPA max and 15 LPA min. The topmost companies are Gail, Tata Steel, Instruments, etc.

Placements: Since I'm in my first year, I don't know how much percentage, you can find it on official website. But the seniors tell it has always been above 90%. The least package offered in MEMS depth. Was 13.87 LPA and the maximum was 49.38 LPA in the year 2023. Some of the top companies were JP morgan, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Microsoft.

Placements: At first IIT bombay is known for its strong placement record. 85 percent of students were placed from our course in various company like google, infosys, microsoft. Etc. Google was the yop recruiting company for our course. Software developed, app management etc. Roles offered by the company gives us. The highest package was 1.34 crores, the lowest package was 75.45 LPA and average package was 46,57 LPA. 97 percent students were got internship from our course in google, tcs, wipro, adobe etc.

Placements: The batch size of the 2023 chemical department is 147. The highest package is 47 lakhs, the average package is 17 lakhs, and the lowest is 7 lakhs. The top recruiting companies for chemicals are IOCl, BPCL, ONGC, and Reliance Industries. Almost 40% of the students got internships in our branches, like CRODA, Everest Carbon, and Shell.
