Our college provides the worst hostel infrastructure, but it has a good curriculum.

Placements: About 90% of the students from our course were placed with an average salary package of 13 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 1.5 crore per annum, while the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Sony, Qualcomm and Tesla are some of the top companies which visit here for placements. About 80% of the students got internships in companies like Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Qualcomm, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Samsung, etc.

IIT Bombay: totally worth my JEE training.

Placements: Pretty decent amount of placements in Non-core sector but hardly any for the core. Packages were average. Not a single offer was high but the lowest package was also not that disappointing. Companies coming here have a pretty good idea about our curriculum and interviews are quite challenging.

IIT bombay life at a glance.

Placements: The placements were for our senior batch was decent. Almost 100% were placed. They all had the same CTC of 5.5 LPA. The companies that visit in Transportation Systems Engineering are Dar-Al-Handasah, IBI Group, MWH, Louis Berger, Systra, etc. The job profile offered to them is of design consultant or traffic engineer/planning engineer mostly. None of the Transportation students applied for the internships. Yes, there is a dedicated Placement Cell at IIT Bombay for the placement and internship pr...

Review of IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology (IITB).

Placements: All the students at IIT Bombay work hard throughout their four years of graduation to get the best salary package. But lately, placements in IIT Bombay are quite random. I have seen deserving candidates getting rejected, and some other not much deserving students getting placed. The highest salary package is offered by Microsoft Redmond. Almost 95% of the students who opt for placements get a job. There is a high demand in the coding arena. The average salary package offered is around 8-9 LPA.

Absolutely Satisfied by the college.

Placements: Placements of IIT BOMBAY were as it should be, fabulous. Students who were placed were high in number. Around 80-90% got placed, with gross average salary of about 11-12 LPA. There is a placement cell which helps students to get their internship and finally placement after 4th year or 5th year for DD students. And it is very efficient.

Placements: The average salary of placements this time was quite less than the previous years for civil dept. The average was around 7.5 lacs pa. Around 75? People got placed this year. Companies like Larsen and Toubro in the core sector and other various financial, banking companies like Goldman sachs, Jio, Sclumberger, etc. In the non core sector visit the campus. About IIT Bombay, why it is the best engineering college India has to offer.

Placements: IIT, Bombay is recognised all over India for its excellent placement record. According to official statistics for the placement season 2016-17 by the institute, jobs were offered to IITB students in engineering, IT, finance, consulting, analytics and education sectors. Around 84% of the B.Tech students (out of total B.Tech registered), and 82% dual degree students were placed. The average gross salary was 11.41 LPA, and the average CTC was 13 LPA. I think IIT Bombay is the best institute in India. This gives a best life and best life memory.

Placements: IIT Bombay provides awesome placements in the mechanical engineering department. Here, every year, 85 to 90% of the students get placed from the mechanical department like PSU companies and the black stone companies. I think our CPI is better only for short list, otherwise, our knowledge or our experience is better for a job interview in IIT Bombay.

Review from the eye of a 5th year undergraduate.

Placements: I appeared for placements in December 2017. The process is highly organised, and the institute placement team strives hard towards proving best opportunities to the students. There are various parameters on which the companies like to judge the students hence they plan various activities. Most common are aptitude tests, and they get started from the end of August. This is used for shortlisting, there are other factors for shortlisting as well, such as CPI, positions of responsibility, previous i...

A perfect management school for operations enthusiasts.

Placements: The placement of the institution is quite exemplary with the average package touching close to 17LPA and the maximum being closed to 28 LPA. The companies majorly with operations/supply chain management profile come for the final placements and there are barely any companies that come for marketing and finance profile.

Good: You cannot get education better than this. Bad: Too much drug addicts are there. It was excellent in sports, cultural fests and dance. The peer pressure is a bit high as a result you need to work hard to keep it up. Fee is comparatively less than other institutions.

Quite innovative, some faculty (usually young ones) welcome new ideas. 100 % placement. College will definitely give you a fine education should you choose to attend. Professors are accessible and open, and professors give out their home numbers with regularity. People are generally pretty friendly, although you might get sick of the lack of a significant social scene. It has a good national reputation with strong Alumni networks. You will be prepared to work with top multinationals.

One of the first thing you notice about Nirma is its lush green and beautiful landscape. The college provides a very green and clean environment for students to study in. The best part is also the bu facility provided by the college. There are almost 25 buses running in and around Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar to help the students commute daily. Some of the companies that are coming for campus placements are Tata, Birla, Marico etc. Overall it is a good institute.
