Absolute good for this fees with this faculty, with a very good placement.

Placements: 20% of the students were already placed when they came to college. 60% of the rest were placed by the college. In my course, the average salary package is between INR 15,000 to 50,000, which depends on the type of ship and company. Many companies visited our college and selected cadets. Companies like Synergy, Chevron, New Shipping Kaisha, Andromeda, Fleet Management, Anglo-Eastern, M.Sc. MSI, TSI Seaways, Maersk, etc. Everyone who met the eligibility criteria was selected by a company. Deck cad...

For those who are interested in Merchant Navy, this college is very good.

Placements: More than 50 students are placed out of 120. More shipping companies are coming for placement. For joining this college we need to give IMUCET. For sponsorship in DNS we have to give Synergy sponsorship exam. Most of the passed candidates get placed in college. Otherwise we have to take placement off campus.

True Review of IMI by ex student .

Placements: Good thing is that in dns course, we first get placed in a reputed company, then our course starts. All the students were placed in a good company. The maximum package was around 8.4 LPA and the minimum was 3 LPA with average of around 5.4 LPA. Top recruiting company was M.Sc. Feet Management, Wallem Ship Management All students will get a chance to do internship in above mentioned companies .

Good faculty, good environment of the college, placement not good, food also not good.

Placements: There is no opportunity for placement. They only focus on girls' placement. I scored 77%, but I didn't get a single opportunity from the campus. They just said companies will come but our course is only for boys, yet we didn't see a single company. All the companies came for B.Sc. They just told us to give exams for formality. Everyone knows that companies will not take DNS.

Best campus for maritime studies.

Placements: In DNS, there are about 120 students, out of which more than half have already been placed or sponsored, and the rest are given priority even after passing out from the campus. The faculties are well-trained with sailing experiences, and visiting faculty members are currently working in the industry. After the course, you can join a ship as a deck cadet, where you'll learn and get trained to be a better seafarer.

Right place to do your DNS.

Placements: I recently completed the DNS course from HIMT College. I found it to be a very valuable experience. If you want to join the Merchant Navy, this is one of the ways. To join this course, you have to give the IMUCET exam, then you have to take sponsorship from companies like Synergy, Fleet, VR, etc. Only then can you join this course. The placement is 100% for this course because you are already sponsored when you join the course. The starting package will be from $500 to $600. It will increase whe...

This is the only college in North India that gives you placements in the best companies.

Placements: There 90% of students got very good placements in top companies. There was only one company, Mediterranean Shipping Company, that offered the best placements to most students. I got internships from Meikai Marine Services India Pvt. Limited. The highest salary package offered was $500.

An amazing college with great placements and well-qualified teachers.

Placements: All DNS cadets are already sponsored. Also, in other courses, you will get many opportunities to get placed in companies. Many world-class companies come in IMI. The average students can also get placed easily. It requires only 70% to sit for companies, which is quite possible if you work a little hard.

Overall, it is a very good college which has a perfect balance of discipline and education.

Placements: Our entire batch got placed before the course started as in DNS, only those students will be accepted who have sponsorship letter from an RSPL registered company. Our college has tie-up with many companies, and they will call you for an interview when the company visits our college, but they generally call those students whose PCM percentage is more than 70. In our batch, we have students who M.Sc sponsors. Companies like Fleet Management, Dynacom, Dockndail, VRM, Scorpio Tankers and many others...
