JEE Main Admit Card Session 1, 2024 has been released. NTA has released the JEE Mains 2024 admit card online on the official website. Candidates have to login to the website using their application number and date of birth for JEE Mains 2024 admit card download session. Admit card will have details about the JEE Main 2024 exam date session 1, address of the exam centre, timing of the paper and exam day instructions. Admission to IISC Bengaluru's BSc programme is subject to a valid score in KVPY/ IIT-JEE (Main) or (Advance)/ NEET/ IISER Aptitude test. IISC Bangalore accepts GATE scores for admisison to the M.Tech courses. The Round 1 cutoff is out and as per the cutoff, the most competitive course is Mechanical Engineering with a closing rank of 665 for the General AII India category students. For the OBC category, the round 1 closing rank is 624 under the AII India Quota.

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore has released the JEE Main cutoff for admission to the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Research), a four- year full-time UG course. As per the Round 1 cutoff, the closing rank stood at 903 for the students belonging to the General AI category. For other categories such as OBC, SC and ST, the JEE Main Round 1 closing ranks are 1665, 581 and 314 under the AI quota.

Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore offers a four-year Bachelor of Science (research) programme divided in eight semesters. Students who have completed Class 12 or equivalent are eligible to apply for admission to this programme. All the major disciplines available under this programme are listed below:

Candidates need to pass Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, a language and any subject other than the above four to apply for IISC Bangalore BTech programme. The selection to BTech course is based on JEE Advanced score.

To be eligible for BSc an IISc Bangalore, candidates must meet with the minimum eligibility criteria set by the institute and go through the selection rounds accepted by the institute. Details around the same are as follows:

• Eligibility: A pass in Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects in their qualifying exam along with any other subjects with first class or 60% aggregate (relaxed to just pass for SC/ ST students)
• Selection: Merit list of one of the national examinations, among Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) KVPY (Stream-SA)/ JEE Main/ JEE Advanced/ NEET (UG) and IISER Aptitude Test 

NOTE:

• Candidate must be qualified in any one of the exams mentioned above, and the exam result must be valid as on Aug 1 of the year of admission.
• IISER Aptitude Test is introduced as a new mode of entry for the academic year 2024. Candidates have to apply directly on the IISc admission portal to apply through this mode.

The IISc Bangalore BTech is INR 8 lakh. The duration of the course is for four years. Moreover, those candidates who want admission need to fulfil the eligibility criteria.
