Placements: About 90% of the students from our batch got placed in top companies like Google, Yahoo, etc. During my tenure, the average salary package offered was around 20 LPA, which is very good. Reputed companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft and various companies visited here and offered a great salary package to my batchmates.

Placements: About 95% of the students who attended placements got placed from here. The highest salary package offered is 42 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Amazon, Code Nation, Goldman Sachs, Adobe, Salesforce and D.E. Shaw are among the top recruiters here. About 90% of the students got internships in various companies, including D.E. Shaw, Amazon, Adobe, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, etc.

Placements: Since Jadavpur University is a tier-1 college, placements are top-notch. Almost 85 to 90% of the students got placed in different sectors like IT and software, consulting, finance, core and R&D. In 2020, for the chemical engineering department, the highest salary package offered was 16.8 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 3.2 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 6.2 LPA. Placements: Last year, one of our seniors got a package of 65 LPA, and that was the highest package of that year. This year, 110 students out of 120 got an average package of 10 LPA. Think about graduating from a college that charges only Rs. 10,000 for the entire BE program and offers packages that is 1,000 times more than that.

Placements: If you look at the departments like computer science, IT, electronics and telecommunication, etc., Jadavpur University provides one of the best placements in India. But as you know, the core departments such as mechanical engineering, civil engineering, etc., are providing pretty decent packages in case of any college. Similarly, in case of civil engineering at Jadavpur University, the placements are pretty decent, with the highest package of 6 to 7 lacs per annum and an average package of 3 to ...

Placements: I passed B.Sc in chemistry course in 2019 from Jadavpur University. During my tenure, there was a total of 700 students in this course. Top recruiting companies for this course are IFFCO, TATA Chemicals and many more. About 54% of the students got internships in IFFCO, while about 36% of the students got internships in Tata company.

Placements: Our placement records are good. About 70-80% of the students got placed. The average salary package offered is around 5-6 LPA. The corporate relation and placement cell is well-equipped for getting the best career placement for its students. Top and well-established companies across the country and abroad visit our college every year for recruitment.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed last year. The average salary package offered is 9 LPA, the highest package is around 14-15 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA. The top companies include Tata, Bajaj, Reliance, and some government companies. Good internships are provided in companies like Siemens and under IIT professors. The best thing about JU placements is with a little coding background, you can sit for the placements of any branch.

Placements: About 8-9 years ago, the rate of campusing was extremely good, but nowadays it is below average. Last year 40-45% of the students got placed after M.Sc in geology. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. Companies like Vedanta, Jindal, etc., recruit students from our course. Last year 30% of the students got an internship from our course.

Placements: 45% of students got internships in well-known MNCs. The top recruiters are Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Amazon, Flipkart. The stipend offered during the internship is quite good. Placement in Jadavpur University for the department of CSE is very good.

Placements: Last year around 90% of students were placed. The highest package was 65 LPA and the lowest was 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, Tata power, TCS come for recruiting and nearly 80 % of students were selected for internships. Top PSU also comes for recruitment.

Placements: Around 20% to 25% of the students from our course got placed in the non-core field. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA. The average salary package offered was 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Wipro, Turbo, Cognizant, TCS Ninja, TCS Digital, Capgemini, ZS Associates, LT Infotech, etc. Many students got internships in various companies from here.

Placements: I am pursuing business analytics in GAIL. Almost 85% of the students got placed. The salary package offered lies between 22-25 LPA. Every student got a chance to sit for more than one placement interviews. From the batch 2020, one student got placed in GAIL, one in Gs, one in Bajaj, 4 in Maruti, and many in other MNCs.

Placements: Till now 46/89 eligible candidates are placed and the placement season is halfway there. The highest package being 42 LPA in Microsoft and average being 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are PWC, TCS, Cognizant. 15-20 students about 10-15% got an internship in companies like Amazon Microsoft, Samsung, R& D, PWC, CESC etc. Various companies offered various roles.

Placements: Roles like a researcher, professor, engineer and officers are offered here. It is an autonomous university. After completing our degree, we can concentrate on our dreams. Knowledge gained from our college helps us to achieve our goals. The most important thing is we like our university.

Placements: We are in 2nd year now, so we have not been offered any internship. Among the passout batch (2016-2020) the highest package is 43 LPA ( Microsoft), average package is 16.57 LPA, median is 15 LPA. Out of 73 students 64 are placed and number of offer was 75.

Placements: Almost 85% of the students got placed. The salary package offered lies between 22.5-3.6 LPA. In our batch, some students got placed in GAIL, GS, Bajaj, 4 students in Maruti, 7 students in PWC, 2 students in L&T Infotech, 1 student in Bridge i2i, 1 student in Capgemini, 2 students in SK Samanta Steel and many other MNCs.

Placements: Almost 95% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 22.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA. Core companies which visit our campus for placements are Mercedes, Bajaj and PSUs like GAIL and others. Business and finance-related companies also visit here like ZS Associates and PWC. Tech companies of our college are Amazon, Microsoft and Goldman Sachs.

Placements: More than 70% students were placed in 2019-2020 but due to this pandemic situation it is significantly less in 2020-2021. Still it is higher than most of the college. The highest salary is 7.5 LPA, the lowest is 3.6 LPA and average is 4.8 LPA. Top recruiting core competencies are LnT, Jacobs, DCPL, IRCON (PSU). Number of students got internship is very less due to the pandemic situation, it is high in other academic years. Roles offered in my course are generally Graduate Engineer Trainee.

Placements: Almost 90% students are paced at various popular companies. Average package is 12 lacs. The highest package is 60 lacs. Minimum package is 6 lacs. Many students got internship at various companies like Tata steel, Amazon, Tata metallics etc. throughout their course.
