Placements: Recruiting companies were not coming for our course. Most of our classmates got good marks in aggregate.

Placements: The economics course at Jadavpur University has the highest returns for placements. After BA, students pursue higher studies, but if they want a job, the course equips them with all skills that may be needed. Placements: Almost 90% of students who sit for placement interviews are generally selected owing to practical knowledge being imparted at our college and JDBI being ranked 7th in the whole of India. Placements: Placements in our college are top-notch. All the big companies come for on-campus recruitment. Amazon, Adobe, etc., are the top companies visiting the college with high salary packages during both internship and placement season. The salary packages offered were as high as 43 LPA-51 LPA and most of the students usually have more than 1 PPO.

Placements: I am a 2021 pass out student from Jadavpur University with B.E (Honours) in Power Engineering. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all placement processes have gone in virtual mode. Placements: In Jadavpur University, placements regarding civil engineering aren't much good, even on-campus placements. Around 77% of the students were placed from here. Placements: In our batch, there are many students. About 200 students want to get placed, but few students got placed, maybe only 15% of students. Companies like Deloitte, Times, Amazon and Wipro visit our college to hire students for a financial analyst role. From the 2019-22 batch onwards, the benefit of internships is being provided by the college.

Placements: Placements in our college are not that good for civil, and on-campus placements are also not good. Out of 144 students, only 30-40 students maximum got placed in core companies. The average salary package offered is about 5-6 or 7 LPA, the highest salary package offered is nearly 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. L&T was the top recruiting company.

Placements: Jobs offered in our college are pretty good. B.Com graduates got jobs in well-known institutions like PWC, Kotak Mahindra Bank and many others with a pretty decent salary. M.Com students also got jobs at Deloitte. Both interviews and marks are taken into consideration for the job.

Placements: Companies that come for recruitment are PwC (SDC), Deloitte, and many more. But not all the students go for placements, and a very few get selected from the lot. The salary offered varies from person to person. All kinds of positions are offered to the students.

Placements: In the Electrical Engineering course, 90% of students got placed in 2020. The highest package is around 50 LPA and the lowest package offered is around 4 LPA. Top recruiting company is Amazon. Around 30-40% of students got internships.

Placements: Placements are quite good in our college if you consider the entire institute. It is one of the most reputed institutions in the country, and it produces some of the best talented students nationally. As far as our course is concerned, we got decent internships and placement opportunities.

Placements: Placements in our college are pretty standard. Top recruiting companies like Deloitte and Microsoft visit our campus for placements. In the art course, Pradan and other companies visit our campus for placements. There are fellowship opportunities for students in the arts background.

Placements: We had a few offers from Times Internet, Om Besco and few other companies. Most of the students signed out of the process due to their plans for masters. However, close to 20 offers were made. Most of the students opt for a finance specialisation, but the opportunities available for finance people are very limited as most jobs are offered for human resources or marketing. The placement scenario may not be great, but it is average as compared to the fee and reputation of the college.

Placements: Jadavpur University always comes in top rankers in the research field. It is the best course for GATE aspirants. Every year, many students get placed in the top core companies like CESC and other companies. Jadavpur academics is up to the mark.

Placements: There weren't many companies in our college, but the ones that visited were decent. We had Wipro as a good company offering a decent salary package for an undergraduate student in B.Com honours. Sit for the interview only if you're willing to take the job and not for fun.

Placements: Many of my seniors got nice placements in quite amazing companies. So on an overall, the placement of the college is good. Many people got placements in companies such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, Delloite, Blue Star, etc. The lowest package is I guess around Rs.2,50,00 which is quite good for the course.

Placements: Few good companies like Wipro & PWC visits for on campus recruitment. Mostly students opt for higher studies like CA CFA CMA, MBA, CS etc. After graduation around 10% of batch strength opt for jobs after graduation directly. Package ranges from 3-6 lacs per annum.

Placements: The college provides an internship to every student in companies which makes each student brilliant in their chosen field. There are about 150 students in each department. The total fee of our course is 4,00,000, and the total fee of the M.Sc course is 2,00,000.
