Placements: The passed out students can get placements in good companies. But, many of the students face problems in getting placements. The salary packages offered are average, and sometimes, students get high salary packages as well. Many companies visit the campus and recruit students.

Placements: Placements were very low for our batch and our senior batch. The highest salary package offered for our batch was 3.7 LPA. Only Axis Bank recruited 10-12 candidates from our batch. Everyone else got placed on their own, and fortunately, most of us are now placed in good companies.

Placements: I work as a business analyst with American Express. Though, it was not a campus placement. I have managed to get the job on my own. Around 2-3 companies visited the campus to offer placements in 2015. Only a few students were selected, but I am not sure whether they got the job offers or not.

Placements: Placements in the college were poor. None of my batchmates got placed in any company from college. You have to try to get placed on your own. Not even a single company visited the college to recruit students. There was no placement cell. The college has never invited companies for placements.

Placements are available for different branches, and a good number of students get placed. Some students have got placements in foreign countries as well.

Placements: The college has a record a minimum of 70% of the students got placed from the department of social work. JMI provides great placement opportunities to its students. NGOs like Pradan, SOS, Pravah, SPS, Tara Homes, etc., and CSR organisations like SEED CSR, Vedanta, etc., and social enterprises like Empower Pragati are some of the famous companies hiring the students from the department of social work every year.

Placements: As it is a professional course, the placement rate is not much high, but they make us confident to be able to give an audition anywhere. Placements: Being a central university in Delhi NCR, Jamia is able to attract companies for recruitment even though the placement coordinator is awful. The placement in engineering close to 90%. The placement in other professional courses like Mass Comm and MBA is also decent and improving.

Placements: I pursued a distance education programme. However, classes are conducted on every Saturday and Sunday during the academic year. There was no scope of placements in this university as it was a distance education. Placements: The college provides very helpful assistance in the placements. The placement cell of the college is very effective and hardworking. Many students from the last batch got selected in top news channels such as NDTV, Aaj Tak, Zee News, ABP News and many others.

Placements: Placements for seniors were good. More than 50 percent of students got placement offers. Mostly the computer engineering students receive better offers because of their coding skills. Students have been offered salary even up to 20 lacs. Thelma the lowest offer was 3.5 lacs. Students are given a chance to be a part of the TPO team. Companies even come to offer internships.

Our course have no placement opportunities but there were people who did internships in various museums in Delhi while some students did their internships in Journalism field. Placements: The placement cell is pretty well-mannered and some of the top companies are willing to offer placements to our students especially from the engineering department. Still, the placement scenario can be made much better by the college authorities as Jamia certainly does consist of tremendously talented students with really bright perspective.

Placements: Currently, we have an internship cell in progress. The placement cell isn't in existence as per now but even that is a work in progress. Changes are being made in faculty to make it more efficient. Recently we spoke for ourselves regarding the issues the students were facing, from short hours in the library to certain faculty members being biased. All of which have been taken care of.

Placements: The college doesn't provide many placements. Very few local companies come and conduct interviews, but the salary they offer is too low, so I ignored that job. The salary offered can be up to Rs. 6000 per month and not more than that even for the topper student. If you really want a good job with a respectful salary, you have to beg HOD for it, but this opportunity is only if the teacher likes your attitude.
