Satisfied with all the facilities.

Placements: The placements are average. A few good companies like Amazon do come but they take only a few students. Most of the placements are done by mass recruiting companies like Wipro. The training and placement cell is very useful. It conducts aptitude training and tests, which really help a lot of students.

A good college with fine placements.

Placements: Placements were 100% and companies like Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc. came to the campus for recruitment. The package offered by these companies was around 3 LPA. The role offered was that of an associate software engineer. Internship was compulsory and the college provided assistance. For internship, companies like CAS came but usually with no stipend.

Satisfied with the faculty and placements but it lacks infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The institute has a good reputation when it comes to placements. The placement for the previous senior batch was good. Two of my cousins had completed their B.Tech from the college and were placed in reputed companies. Many companies offered jobs opportunities like Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, etc.

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology review by alumni.

Placements: Placements were not good. From my batch, the highest salary was 27 lakhs and only 2 people were selected. The rest of the placements were below 3.5 lakhs and most students remain unplaced. So if you are looking for a job in the IT sector, it is not a very good college and these days, the IT sector also has some problems so my personal experience was that placements were not good.

JIIT- Good for computer science students.

Placements: Placements are very low this year in 2017 compared to the 2016 batch. But overall, the placement in JIIT is good in computer science engineering. Only computer science should be opted by students if they want to take admission in JIIT as only IT companies visit the campus. The minimum CGPA required for placements in JIIT is 6.0. The lowest package was 2.4 lacs/annum and the highest was around 24 lacs/annum which was offered by Amazon. The mass recruitment was a bit low this year than 2016th batc...

A great college with a good competition and exposure.

Placements: Placements in JIIT Noida vary between being decent and good, depending upon your CGPA and skills. Students with a good CGPA can grab an offer of about 28-30 lakhs in a company as good as Amazon. JIIT Noida hosts both mass recruiters like Infosys as well as companies providing high and limited packages like Deloitte and Amazon. In the end, all comes to a stop at a good CGPA and great skills.

Good college. Good infrastructure.

Placements: Good. But not up to the mark. The average placements package offers 3-4 lacs. Internships are also received by some of the meritorious students by the college. If you are in CS branch, then your placement is almost assured. In other branches also, good grades will get you through.

Jaypee - mixed bag: pros and cons.

Placements: Placements were good until the year 2016. But from this year, there is a decline in placements due to the recession. Until last year, the placement record was excellent! The average package was about 3.25 or 3 lakh. Amazon like companies come to campus and selected one or two students with an annual package of about 20 LPA.

Get what you deserve. Work hard until you get what you want.

Placements: Placements are great if you have enough CGPA. Up to 28 lakhs PA in companies like Amazon. There are other companies who provide nice packages and companies who place in bulk. But overall, you get very good opportunities to get yourself placed if you really want to.

Fully satisfied with it as it is one of the best colleges in Delhi NCR.

Placements: Placements were on the whole a great success for JIIT students this year. Students grabbed an annual package ranging from 4 lacs per annum to 26 lacs per annum which were offered by companies like Infosys, Accenture, Amazon and much more. The average placement for computer science students is 95% by the last year.

A college which is a lot better than UPTU or any other state college.

Placements: The placements were good, 2 were selected for Amazon at 26 LPA. The average salary was also good. This year, the placements were a little down. As per the college placement cell statistics, the placement rate fell from 119% to 102%. Also, the stats mentioned that the placements were going down a lot even at the prestigious IITs.

Good infrastructure, placements and facilities.

Placements: The maximum number of students got placed. Cognizant, Infosys, Amazon and Wipro are the known companies which visit the campus every year. The highest package was offered by Amazon at 27 lakhs. The students were offered different roles like coder, software engineer, research analyst, subject matter expert, etc.

A premium institute for skilled candidates as there is a scope for dream placements.

Placements: It has the best placements among many private colleges in Delhi-NCR. Companies like Amazon and SAP visit here. The highest package is 20 lakhs. Candidates with skills get dream placements. Companies like Infosys, Cognizant and Ericsson also came and recruited students in bulk.

Decline in placements in 2016, faculty is either very good or bad, money-minded administration.

Placements: Placements were decent, lower than the previous year as seen in many IITs also. The highest package was offered by Amazon (20 lakhs p.a.) to 4 students. The average package was around 4 lakhs which included mass recruiters like Infosys, TCS and other startup companies. Providing good internship is one thing that JIIT lacks in as the T&P cell doesn' believe in placements.

Satisfied with the college because you can't expect better than this. Decent placements.

Placements: Even during this time of recession, most of the students are placed. Hence, you can say that the placements are really good. The highest package this year is 27 lacs and the lowest is 3 lacs. Infosys, Cognizant, Ericson, Deloitte, EY, Innovacer, Voylla etc. are the few companies that visited this year for ECE students.

Absolutely satisfactory if you are willing to work in an IT firm.

Placements: The placements at Jaypee are nice. But the only drawback of getting placed from JIIT is that most of the companies that pay a visit are IT companies, so if you are a student willing to work in an IT firm even after studying ECE, then you will definitely get placed. Since there are a lot of disturbances in the market, therefore, the placements of almost every private engineering college has seen a downfall. But, even after such a downfall, JIIT was able to maintain its 100% placement record. Last...

Good placements, good infrastructure, average faculty.

Placements: Placements for my senior batches were good, but the placement for my batch was better than my senior's batch. In my batch, around 180 students got 6 LPA+ offers and around 95% of the students got placed. But this year, the placement is not up to the mark but placement team of our college was very good and they try to bring more companies to the campus.

Impressive placements, infrastructure, and faculty. Dress code compulsory.

Placements: Placement percentage for all the branches including CSE, ECE, IT, and biotechnology is good. CSE branch has the highest placement percentage(approximately 97-99%). The second place goes to IT and ECE branches. IT and ECE branches have 85-95% placements. Most of the students get offers from 2-3 companies. Well-established and start-up companies both come for recruitment. For example, Amazon, Deloitte, Cognizant, Aricent, Grofers, Naukri.com, Paytm, WIPRO, etc. come for recruitment. Mass recruiter...

Good college for those who are interested in computer science.

Placements: Placements of Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida are best among private technical colleges in India but are not at par with IITs and other reputed government technical colleges. The highest package offered is 26 lpa by Amazon and average package for computer science is around 4.5-5 lpa. This year, around 20 companies offered packages of more than 6 lpa. Almost all the students got placed. Most of the students got placed in Infosys while some students get offers in 2 or 3 companies...

Decent placements in last few years, good culture of competitive programming and selfish management.

Placements: Placements are average with Infosys and TCS being the mass recruiters. Amazon, Deloitte, etc. are some of the high paying recruiters that select 10-15 students and offers 20-25 lakh per annum. The placements are good in Biotech and business as well with companies like Ernst and Young regularly visiting the campus.
