The college is good except for its placements. Loved to be a part of Jaypee group.

Placements: The placements were amazing earlier, but due to the decreasing requirements of companies, the placement record has also decreased a lot. We have to go to Jaypee, Noida branch for the interview, which is a tiresome and cumbersome procedure. The college doesn't have a placement cell, but if the student is capable enough, he can get placements in some of the companies. It is for the students who are mediocre in academics to get placed.

Placements are very good.

Placements: Very good especially for CS, IT and ECE. There are also some very good companies visiting our college offering very handsome packages. The placement for civil department is very lame, there is hardly any placement for civil and bt. The placement especially for the CS department is dope.

Placements are really good.

Placements: Very good placements except for the civil department. People and even the seniors will tell you that it is not good as far as placements are considered but believe me the college is very good at placement. Electronics students are often placed on IT companies only but they also have a option for electronics company like ERICSON etc.

Good Placements for those who will to work hard, Beautiful campus and Good life.

Placements: There are 180 students In my stream (CSE). Near about 140 students are placed. Rest students are those who either did not sit for the placements (as they have plans for further study) and some can not sit for placements becaise of their low grades. Till date the percentage placements is not known for my batch. For my senior batch the placement percentage was 98%. The highest package is around 27 Lacs (offered by Amazon), average is 3.5 Lacs. Most of the students get placed in mass recruiters (In...

Good college with beautiful location and average placements.

Placements: The placement is good compared to other private colleges. Big companies like amazon, delloite, morgan stanley, barclays, ola, SAP, paytm, do visit the campus with very good packages. The highest package was 15 lacs last year. If you study well and maintain a good CGPA then you will definitely be placed. Mass recruiters like Infosys, TCS also visit the campus.

If you feel you are inappropriate, then Jaypee is good for you.

Placements: Placements for the CSE department are good and average in other branches but there are hardly any placements for the Civil department. The percentage of candidates being placed in companies from other branches is not good, but on the whole, it is better than average. In ECE, mass recruiting is done but in civil, placements are rare. The rest of the college brings some good companies to the campus.

Good civil engineering faculty and teaching but don't expect much placement.

Placements: If I talk of placement in Civil Engineering, It does't give you very good placement. Although from last two years core civil companies have recruited few students from campus. I was also one of them. But you can sit for mass recruitment when INFOSYS, COGNIZANT or WIPRO comes. Placement in CSE, IT and ECE is quite good when compared to other well known colleges.

An unforgettable life that a 12th passout begins here turns him into a gentleman.

Placements: 100% placements assured for all the six branches students who graduate here, I. e. CSE, IT, ECE, CIVIL, BIO Tech. Warm support from the faculty here, the mentors nourish students with talents, extraordinary skills, mental and emotional stability. Students grab the opportunity by putting there the fullest into every kind of test.

The review of Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan.

Placements: The placement percentage of CSE students is above 100%. The highest salary package offered by Amazon till date was 26 LPA. During placements, the faculty helps the most by taking mock interviews and guide students so that they can bang their dream jobs. More than 60 companies offered jobs on the campus.

I am satisfied with my college.

Placements: The placement percentage is 100%, but most of the students end up with the salary package of three to four LPA with a mass recruiter. Although, the highest salary package offered was around 25 LPA by Amazon. The average salary package goes up to 5 to 6 LPA.

Big brand name of the college is not enough to ensure one gets good placement.

Placements: Placement are not good at all these days especially for non CSE-IT students. Me being from ECE had to apply for off campus job and got it but on campus jobs offer even those who got jobs many of them don't even got their joining letter. So the future of placement does't looks good.

Overall a decent college but loosing in some important aspects.

Placements: The university does not have a proper training and placement cell of its and works mainly under the T&P cell of its sister institute in Noida. Hence for most placement activity one has to go to Noida and the T&P cell there highlights its students more thus creating a bias. Also, most companies only come for CSE and IT branches and for other branches like ECE, Civil, BT & BI, companies are very less.

The college had good infrastructure but dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: The placements are not good on the campus. We had to come all the way from Solan to Noida for placements, and it was tiring. The companies don't come to the campus itself, which affects attendance, wastage of time, and money. This is the only disadvantage of this college, and it should be improved.

Good infrastructure with qualified faculty as well as with highly equipped labs with average placeme

Placements: Placements went average and was considerably less than as it was 2-3 years back. This time the highest package was of 8.5 Lacs and the lowest was of 3 Lacs. There were companies like - Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, and many more. Yes there is a placement cell in the college, and it is very efficient and useful in awaring and motivating students for the internship and placements. We also use to get time to time useful information on the mail and regarding any other thing.

Practical knowledge is important rather than theoretical knowledge.

Placements: Earlier, it was difficult to be placed in EC companies. Since last 2 to 3 years, more EC companies have taken students from our college with a package of minimum 3 LPA to 4 LPA and more. We are also expecting more technical related companies during our placements. This year also, at least 150 EC students have been placed with a higher package.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: There are many companies that come for the CS and IT branches including mass recruiters like Infosys and Wipro. But, for other branches, there are hardly 2-3 companies. Also for placements, you have to go to the Noida campus (JIIT). The companies which came here include Amazon, AWS, Cognizant, Wipro and Ericsson. The packages varied from 26 lac to 2 lac. About 90% of the students were placed in the previous years. But, the placement is quite competitive as students have to compete with the stude...

JUIT college is like heaven to live, but not that good to study.

Placements: The placements for 2017 batch were pretty low, but placements for 2018 batch are much better. The average salary offered was Rs. 3.5-4 LPA whereas the highest went with 22 LPA. The companies like Wipro, TCS, HCL take most of the students, but companies like Amazon and Indiamart also visit the campus.

Dissatisfied with the placements and a training cell in this college.

Placements: In the three and a half years of my B.tech, hardly any placement company have come for placement drive in this college. This college has no training and placement cell of their own, and no company comes for placement in this college. Students have to go to JIIT-Noida for applying for placements.

The college is average regarding everything. If you want to study, then go somewhere else.

Placements: There is a huge difference between senior batch placement and the placement that we get, in which we get a lot worse package of average 3.5 LPA. Only 50% of the students were placed, and the highest was 12 LPA and average was 3.5 LPA. Mainly there were Infosys, Cognizant, Amazon, Saplabs etc. The companies offered the roles of the software engineer, ETs, debugger, etc. None of the students got internships from the college. There's a placement cell which does nothing, and it is useless.
