JNU MSc Admission 2024: How to Apply?
Candidates can submit applications for admission to the JNU MSc course via online mode. Given below is the step-wise application process for the JNU MSc programme:
Step 1: Visit the official website of JNU (jnu.ac.in) and register yourself by putting in your personal details.
Step 2: Fill out the online application form with Qualification Details.
Step 3: Upload scanned images of the photograph and signature. The image should be in jpg/jpeg format only. The size of the photo image must be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
Step 4: Pay the application fee through an online payment mode.
JNU MSc Application Process 2024: Important Documents
The documents required at the time of application form filling are as follows:
- Two self-attested copies of the Matriculation, Higher Secondary Pre-University of Indian School Certificate or Senior School Certificate (10+2) or an equivalent examination certificate, showing the age/date of birth of the candidate
- A Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
- Two self-attested copies of the statement of marks obtained by the candidate in Senior School or their equivalent examination
- SC/ST/OBC Certificate, if belonging to SC/ST/OBC category
- A Medical Certificate for PWD Candidates certifying nature & percentage of disability issued by the competent medical authority
- Migration Certificate (in original) from the Head of the Institution/ University last attended.

A. Yes, for JNU MSc admission 2023 for all the specialisations is based on candidates' performance in CUET-PG scores. However, for MSc in Biotechnology, a candidate has to appear for GAT-B. JNU is currently accepting applications for CUET-PG counselling for admission to postgraduate courses. Candidates who have already appeared for the CUET-PG entrance exam is only eligible to apply. CUET-PG 2023 registration is expected to start in the month of February.
