The NIRF report 2024 contains combined placement statistics for PG (2-year) courses. As per the report, the median package offered to PG (2-year) students during 2023 placements was INR 3.60 LPA. In 2022, the median package was same, i.e. INR 3.60 LPA. From 2021 to 2023, an improving trend was observed in the median package.

The university offers 50 PG programmes, 42 PhD, four advanced diploma, 11 certificates, and 26 MPhil courses in various specialisations. The courses are offered in full-time and part-time modes. Karnatak University courses are offered in the streams of IT and Software, Law, Nursing, Science, Hospitality and Travel, etc. 

The official report revealing the placement details for 2024 is yet to be released. However, the NIRF report 2024 is out. As per the report, 7 PG (2-year) students were placed during 2023 placements. Karnatak University was established at Dharwad in the Indian state of Karnataka in October 1949. It had its official inauguration in March 1950. Karnataka University Dharwad: 60 seats at Manorama College of Business Administration, 40 seats at MPE Society's Shri Dharmastala Manjunatheshwara College of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Business Administration, 100 seats at Oxford College of Business Administration, and 60 seats at Patima B.B.A College.
2. Central University of Karnataka: 15 seats for each M.Sc program, out of which 5 seats are on a self-financed basis.
3. Government First Grade College: 40 seats.

But, Karnataka University offers around 3LPA-4 LPA Salary Packages to their students, which is quite high amount for fresher students
