Candidates can check their IIT JAM 2024 result by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of IIT JAM 

Step 2: Click on the IIT JAM results link present on the Home page of the website. 

Step 3: Enter enrollment/ email ID and JOAPS password.

Step 4: Evaluate the arithmetic expression given and put the value in the space provided.

Step 5: Click on the Submit button.

Candidates can go through the steps they need to follow in order to download their scorecard for IIT JAM 2024.

The authorities have released the IIT JAM 2022 cutoff which the candidates had to meet to qualify for the entrance examination. The qualifying cutoff was released through the IIT JAM 2022 result and candidates were able to know the scores that were required to qualify for the examination for every course and category. During the IIT JAM 2022 counselling, the admission cutoff will be prepared by the authorities after checking all of the details related to the entrance examination. In case there is a tie between the aggregate scores of two candidates in a test paper, the candidate with a higher ratio of positive marks than negative marks will be awarded a higher rank. In case this criteria fails to break the tie, both candidates will be awarded the same rank.

On the basis of AIRs awarded to candidates, an all-India merit list will be prepared. However, “the number of candidates included in all India merit list depends on the total number of seats available in each category (OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PwD) in a given subject,” informs the official website.

All qualified candidates allotted AIRs will then be eligible to apply for admission in their respective courses offered at colleges accepting IIT JAM scores.

IIT Guwahati released the provisional IIT JAM 2022 answer key on the official website on February 23. The provisional IIT JAM 2023 answer key was released along with the official question papers. Candidates can object against the released answer key in the stipulated schedule by paying INR 500 per question. All of the objections were checked and the final IIT JAM answer key will be released soon. The final answer key was used as a reference while preparing IIT JAM 2023 result.
