I am satisfied with the facilities; placement opportunities depend on your skills.
Placements: I am of the 2023 batch, Information Technology branch. In this course, placement is quite good, and if students make more effort, they could get better placement chances. There are many opportunities to learn new things. The highest package offered in this course is 52 LPA, while the average and lowest packages are 7 LPA and 4 LPA, respectively. TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Humming Wave are some of the top recruiting companies. There are also high chances to get internships with the help of your skills.
Infrastructure: The course structure is very good, with subjects related to software engineering, web development, and many others. There are also subjects that teach about moral ethics. The classrooms are good for studying, with Wi-Fi, and there is a library where we can continue our work. Hostels are good to stay in, but there is some problem with the food quality in the mess. Medical facilities, sports, and games are all available for students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. They guide us about our future life and have very good knowledge in their subjects. The course curriculum is relevant for students, helping to build industry-related skills. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and an average student can pass. On average, 90% of students pass in this course.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to go into the software industry. The best parts of this course are subjects like web development, data structures, software engineering, and other industry-related topics. However, it requires continuous self-learning. I would wish lab performance were better and included more about new technologies. There are many events and fests happening on time. As this college is on the main road, it has good connectivity. The surroundings are green, full of trees. Students also get scholarship facilities and opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities.

I am fine with my college because it is an average college compared to the other private colleges.
Placements: In MMMUT, approximately 75% students are getting placed every year. The highest package offered was 54 LPA and the average package is around 7 LPA. Many top companies come here for placements every year like TCS, Infosys, PhonePe, etc. and the students are also getting placed threw off-campus placements based on their skills. I am pursuing B.Tech in Information Technology. Many roles are offered after completing my course.
Infrastructure: In my college, the infrastructure is average, it is neither too good nor too bad. I can say that it is better than many other colleges. There is Wi-fi facility available in the campus everywhere. The classrooms are also well maintained. The library is well equipped with the latest technology computer systems along with having many books related to our academics, etc.
Faculty: In MMMUT, the faculty members are well educated. Their teaching style is good. They are knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant and is updated with the latest syllabus which leads to help us in the future.
Other: I have chosen Information technology branch course because it is the second top most branch in the technical courses. The best thing about my course is that it is well updated with the latest trends like C, C+, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. Many events are conducted every year like Abhyudaya, Techsrijan, etc.

Not very satisfied with my college, it lacks the facilities, e.g., hostel and the mess is not good.
Placements: Approximately 60 to 70% of students got placed in my course. The highest package was 22 LPA. The top companies or top recruiters were Humming Wave, Cognizant, HCL, Scale, Wipro and Juspay. They offered good packages to our seniors. 60 to 70 % of our seniors got the internship in our course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is overall average; the library lacks the strength of AC rooms, and all rooms are not fully AC. The infrastructure of the classes is also average. Every class doesn't consist of a digital board. The college provides good Wi-Fi network speed throughout the campus. Hostel infrastructure is poor; maintenance hasn't been there for years; there are cracks in the wall; rooms are quite small; and food also lacks quality. In sports, the college lacks all the facilities, like a kabaddi mat for players and gym equipment for faculty. The canteen is costly but the food quality is average.
Faculty: Few faculty members are helpful, but most of them are trying to make you downgrade. Comparisons to other departments by faculty members of IT are quite helpful. Yes, the course is relevant; if a student focuses more on the course, it makes him / her industry-ready. Semester exams are quite difficult. The thing that lacks is a marking scheme. There is an inequality of high standards in the checking of copies of girls in comparison to boys.
Other: I choose this course as in today's modern world everyone is fond of computer Science and technology. I also liked the course as I wanted to get placed atthe end of four years so if I chose another course then I have to do coding separately and also have to focus on my academics. But by choosing IT my academics matches with coding courses. I wish my course should add some other physical applications of coding as it only consist of software department. Events in MMMUT are totally based on the fact that if you have contacts with the seniors, you will win the contests; otherwise, not considering how much talent you have, you will be rejected. Due to the city of Gorakhpur, there is less exposure for the students. Scholarships are given by the government to eligible students. The campus crowd is filled with the majority of Purvanchal students; many of them have nice nature but the local students are quite disturbing. Sports, dance, drama, singing, etc. are the various extracurricular activities in our college.

Madan Mohan Malaviya College is the best college for engineering.
Placements: The college setting has greater placement opportunities; many top companies visit our campus every year. College placement has increased in recent years. The highest package of last year was INR 45LPA and the average package was INR 7LPA. Many students got many offers and internships in their 3rd year.
Infrastructure: The campus has separate departments for each branch and various labs for practicals. The infrastructure of the hostel is very old and not well maintained, but some new buildings are under construction, and there are seven boys hostels and four girls hostels.
Faculty: The faculty of my college is very good. They are qualified and highly educated, and the course of the college is very good. In one semester, you have to give two minor exams and one major exam. The pass percentage is good, and it is easy to pass if you have studied one night before.
Other: I have chosen this course because I love coding and the placement in this branch is very good. Around 90 percent of students were placed in the last year.

Best college at a low percentile.
Placements: I got an information technology branch in MMMUT with a class size of 85 students. Our first batch started in 2018 in our college and passed out in 2022 with an average package of 6 lacs, and 99 percent of our branch got placed with the highest ratio of students who got placed.
Infrastructure: Our classes are held in a hall named Takshila, specially designed for first-year students. It is a two-story hall, and my classroom number is 114. The rooms are well cleaned, and in our hostel, there are two and four-seater rooms and a mess. Also, my hostel name is VS. Hostel.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very well-qualified professors who have immense knowledge, which they share in a very warm way so that each student can understand, and we have 2 minors and 1 major per semester, in which 2 units come in each minor per subject and 4 units in the major.
Other: We have an annual festival called Abhyudaya, which is organized each year by our college seniors and goes for a minimum of 3 days in which various events like Raga, Gunj, and many more are organized in which students from outside can participate.
