MUJEE 2025: Mangalayatan University has started the admission process for MUJEE 2025. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be eligible for the MUJEE exam. The mode of the entrance test is offline. The MUJEE 2025 application form is available online on the official website. However, the last date is yet to be released and will be updated soon. Applicants must fill out the application form using the correct details only. Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can download the MUJEE admit card. The MUJEE 2025 admission selection process comprises the following stages - registering, appearing for the exam, results announcement, and counselling.

Candidates can also attain direct admission if they have qualified for any national or international entrance examination, such as JEE Main, CUET, etc. They can directly appear for the personal interview round. What is MUJEE?

MUJEE is the short form of the Mangalayatan University Joint Entrance Exam. It is conducted every year for admission to Bachelor of Technology (BTech), postgraduate (M.Tech), and other programmes. The courses offered under the BTech programme are Cyber Security (in Collaboration with IBM), Data Science (in Collaboration with IBM), Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (in Collaboration with IBM), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Science Engineering.

MUJEE 2025 Application Form

Candidates seeking admission should fill out the application form. Candidates can register for the MUJEE application form 2025 on the official website - mangalayatan.in/btech-admission/. Before filling out the application form, candidates should review the eligibility criteria and ensure they fulfil the prescribed conditions. The applications of non-eligible candidates will not be accepted. The application process includes registration, filling in the details, uploading a photo and signature, paying the fee, and final submission.

MUJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

MUJEE 2025 eligibility criteria for BTech require candidates to fulfil multiple parameters as mentioned below: 

Age Criteria & Citizenship:

Candidates must be citizens of India or Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), aged 17 years at admission.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates seeking admission in BTech through MUJEE 2025 should have either completed or shall be appearing in the final year exam for any of the following exams with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) as the majors:

  • The final examination of the (10+2) system of Higher Secondary Examination is conducted by the concerned State Board, XII Standard of CBSE/ CISCE, or any recognised university.
  • Any duly recognised educational board or university conducts the Intermediate or two-year Pre-University exam.
  • High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma; or A-level with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) as major subjects in any international school in India.
  • The General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination at the advanced A-level [London/ Cambridge/ Sri Lanka].

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

  • Candidates should score at least 50% in aggregate in any of the abovementioned exams. However, for the candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ ST/ OBC) or hailing from J&K or any Northeastern state (Arunachal Pradesh/ Assam/ Manipur/ Meghalaya/ Mizoram/ Nagaland/ Sikkim/ Tripura), minimum eligibility score is 40% in aggregate in PCM.   
  • Candidates who have cleared Class 12th with aggregate marks up to 45% but have gained merit in exams like JEE Main, UPSEE, and so on are also eligible to apply for the MUJEE exam.

MUJEE 2025 Preparation Tips

To prepare for the examination in a concrete way, candidates can follow the MUJEE preparation tips 2025 shared below:

  • Begin with the syllabus and exam pattern. Candidates must be well-acquainted with the MUJEE exam pattern and syllabus, as it helps to understand the exam structure, weightage of the subjects, marking scheme, difficulty level of the question paper, etc. 
  • Be clear with the fundamentals and concepts before heading to the tricky parts of the subjects. 
  • Make short notes of definitions, terms, and formulas for a quick revision process. 
  • Solve previous year's question papers and mock tests to get efficiency in attempting the questions.
  • Revise as much as possible.
  • Refer to textbooks and reference books for a better understanding of the subjects. 

MUJEE 2025 Admit Card

MUJEE 2025 admit card will be released a few days before the exam date. Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can download the hall ticket using their login credentials. The MUJEE hall ticket will carry all the important information regarding the exam and the applicant. It is mandatory to have an admit card for the exam. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without the hall ticket. 

MUJEE 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

All candidates appearing for the MUJEE exam must carefully read all instructions written on the admit card.

What to carry on exam day?

Since MUJEE is a pen-and-paper-based test, candidates are advised to carry two ballpoint pens (black and blue colour), HB pencil(s), and an eraser. Apart from knowing the materials to be taken, it is also important to know what must not be carried to the exam hall. Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material in printed or written form and things like log tables, formula books, mobile phones, pagers, or programmable calculators inside the exam hall.

Documents required:

  • Admit Card/ Hall Ticket: Candidates must carry the MUJEE admit card to the allotted exam centre. Candidates not having their admit card during the exam might not be allowed to take the paper.
  • ID Proof: Along with the admit card, candidates must also carry a valid and original photo ID proof to the exam centre. Documents that can be carried as an ID proof include Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar card, etc.  

MUJEE 2025 Result

After the exam is concluded, the admission authority will release the result. Candidates who will appear in the exam can check their results online. MUJEE result 2025 will be released on the official website. Candidates will need their login details to check the result. The result shall incorporate the candidate’s name, roll number, marks obtained, rank secured, etc. Post declaration of result, successful candidates will be called to appear in the admission process.

MUJEE 2025 Scholarship

It may be noted that Mangalayatan University also provides merit-based scholarships to qualified students under the following categories:

  • PCM aggregate: This scholarship is valid for candidates who score 70% - 95% and above aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Maths subjects. In this category, the percentage of scholarships in tuition fees ranges from 10% to 75%.
  • MUJEE ranking: This scholarship is valid for candidates who secure ranks between 100 and 2000. Under this category, the percentage of scholarship in tuition fee ranges from 35% to 75%.

Note: The concerned students may readily avail of the higher scholarship in the above two cases. Candidates must also note the following two points:

  • A 50% scholarship is granted to every student who belongs to the state of Uttar Pradesh on showing the State’s Domicile Certificate.
  • 100% scholarship is granted to two top students [based on their respective aggregate marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics] belonging to every State/ UT among the admitted students.
