From the academic 2022-2023, admission to UG courses shall be based on CUET scores. The CUET-qualified students who opted for MANUU have to register on the university admission portal (manuucoe.in/RegularAdmission/). Yes, Maulana Azad National Urdu University offers scholarships and fellowships to its students. 
MANUU Fellowship: The university offers fellowships to PhD research scholars who have 75% attendance and abide by the rules and regulations of the university. The fellowship amount is INR 8000 per month.
SEED Scholarship: The university has received funding from SEED to provide scholarships to its students. In July 2023, SEED granted scholarships to 586 MANUU students, with each student receiving INR 10,000-20,000.
JMC Scholarship: All students of the Journalism and Mass Communication (JMC) programme at the university receive a monthly scholarship of INR 1000.

The MANUU BSc course admission is subject to fulfilment of eligibility. In order to be eligible, students must have passed Class 12 and must have studied through Urdu medium or Urdu as a subject/language at Class 10 level or above or an equivalent Madrasa course approved by MANUU with Urdu as the medium of instruction.
