The security, safety and hygiene of MIT-WPU is really good.
Placements: The placements of this college are decent. A good number of students are getting placed from here and at a decent package. The placement for session 2023 , the average package stood at 6.8 LPA while the highest package was 52 LPA. Total number of offers made were 973. Various big companies often visit this college like Flipkart , MG motors , BHEL , Int , Humming wave etc.
Infrastructure: The overall campus life is really great as there are a lot of clubs like tech clubs, sports clubs, personal development clubs, networking clubs. The sports offered, the large number of events hosted in a year, the canteen food etc. The books in library are mostly about engineering, business and designing. There are very less and rare fantasy books for fantasy and comic book lovers. The clubs are run by students, and the club is officially affiliated with companies like Google and Microsoft. The computer works great and the environment is clean and soothing so far.
Faculty: The faculties are all good and can be approached in case of any doubts. The exams are moderate or moderately tough, not easy as it is a government institute. Also the marking is not so lenient. The exams are conducted as: Two minor exams , practical exams and then the end semester.

The campus is small but beautiful.
Placements: In Sona College of Technology, students become eligible for campus placement in their fifth semester. Top companies visit for campus placement, and the highest and average packages, as well as profiles offered, vary by company. Approximately 60 to 82 percent of students get placed.
Infrastructure: The college has many clubs, ranging from technical to social, including the TEDx Club, Robotics Club, Autosport Club, Art Circle, and Dance Club. These clubs have represented not only the college but the entire nation at a global level. Students run social groups and are growing themselves.
Faculty: The faculty members at Sona College of Technology are amazing and provide excellent teaching to all students, including those who may be struggling. They clearly teach each topic and address all student doubts. All faculty members are supportive in clarifying concepts in an easier way.

Review of School of Management, MIT WPU.
Placements: The college offers placements to everyone, but its ROI is very low. The college fee is 12.5 Lacs, and it provides jobs with salaries ranging from 6-7 LPA. At the end of the day, you'll get a job here. Companies like Artee Flow Control, Deloitte, L&T, MG Motors, and more than 20 others come for placements. In the first-year summer internship, all of us get internships, paid or unpaid. However, the management is very slow. They announced today that your interview schedule is tomorrow, giving only one day for preparation.
Infrastructure: I am from Madhya Pradesh, and I don't know Marathi. In college, local people dominate, and if you do not know Marathi, this should be stopped. The college's outer infrastructure is good, but inside the classrooms, many desks are broken. Wi-Fi is available, but only in name. The library has all the books, but they do not give any books to students. Our hostel is pretty good, and their food is decent, but it is very expensive compared to outside mess food.
Faculty: Our faculty is not great as they do not want to do anything with our placements except 1-2 teachers. Some teachers even don't know core subjects. Exams are conducted in a semester pattern; every year, we have 2 semesters, totaling 4 semesters and 1 summer internship. The course is very competitive, making us industry-ready.
Other: College feels is very expensive, even hostel fees are high.

1) Best Placement 2) Best Campus/Infrastructure 3) Best Faculty/People
Placements: I am happy with the placement. I did two internships at Bisleri and Dabur. The T&P cell helped me to get these two internships. Later, I was placed in Weikfield Foods as a Human Resource Management Trainee. The college has 100% placement, and if you have skills, you can get good opportunities. The top 20% of students got a 9.7 LPA package, and the highest is 17 LPA. Everyone in college gets an internship in the first year; later, most of the time, that company gives you a job. I would like to mention that alumni are very helpful, giving us referrals and helping us to get placed.
Infrastructure: The college campus, infrastructure, and location are good with Arai Hills in the background and quite close to the hustling side of the city. The university has modern facilities in the classroom. Our desks are well-furnished, and we get a charging point at every desk for laptop usage. The college library service is good; we get a mail and SMS reminder to renew or return the book. The hostel here is bad, and finding a good PG takes a lot of time, so no option is left; I choose the hostel. It is very expensive. The accommodation is good, but I feel the food taste is bad. The college canteen is big, and the capacity is good. The college is lacking in sports. A major problem is parking space.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Apart from the daily syllabus, they teach us activities that are actually helpful, like communication. Teaching is also good; they crack jokes in between lectures. The final exam is only for 40 marks. There are 7 questions; if you solve 2 questions correctly, you get passed, but internals carry more weightage. 60 marks are for presentations, assignments, and group project presentations, so it is very easy to pass, but getting top grades is hard.

Overall, I will rate this college 8/10.
Placements: We are students of dual specialization, so we can attend campus interviews for HR and business analytics profiles. Bajaj Auto, HDFC Bank, Tata Motors, and Motilal Oswal are HR profile hiring companies. TCS, Wipro, HCL, and Citi Bank are analyst-profile hiring companies. We get enough opportunities to get placed. 100% of students get internships in their first year; 95% of students are paced; and 5% of students start there own venture. Profiles are different, like those of a human resource manager, analyst, or business analyst.
Infrastructure: I think I loved the campus. Here, people from different regions come together but the majority are local. Wi-Fi is enabled on campus, in classrooms, library and hostels. Colleges have numerous labs, including computer labs and study labs. We have 3 libraries on campus. Central is crowded but nearly all books are available. You can use the library service for library books. The hostel is good. I like the food menu: eggs, bananas, curry, chapati, milk, and price. All are included; non-vegetarian options are available. Hostel rooms are shared rooms; bed, almirah, AC, fan, and study table are all arranged. Sports colleges have badminton courts, football and cricket fields, a basketball court and an indoor sports lab.
Faculty: Our course have dual specialization. So we have HR subjects like management, Resource location, etc. And business analytics subjects like PowerBI, Data cleaning and processing, Advanced Excel, etc. So curriculum is very well structured. Teachers are also good; they are helpful but I feel teaching is missing somewhere; they are not very creative in teaching. Semester have many exam (2 semesters per year), so total 4 semester and 2 exams each semester, internal and external, is not very hard.
Other: MIT WPU is a well-known institute. My cousins and alumni of this college are very positive about it so I took admission here.

MBA in Human Resource Management - Batch of 2023

4Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
Overall, a good college and 2023 batch was good.
Placements: My honest review of placement has both positive and negative sides. The college needs to advertise itself with a 100% track record. To achieve that, they placed many students in totally different industries. For example, they placed MBA students in pharma, IT and non-technical support roles. But at the end, the college placed 100% of the students on the positive side. The package was dependent on the abilities of students; it varies in the range of 5 to 20 lacs per year. Internships are offered but they are useless.
Infrastructure: The college management needs to implement strict rules on campus. Ragging is done by seniors. I think management have an idea of this but they hesitate to take action. college provides facilities such as internet, e-library, books, and digital classrooms. The hostel fees are very high but it has almost all the facilities, from laundry to washing machines. The college canteen is really good; it has amazing food.
Faculty: There are some rude students who disturb class; teachers need to be strict and should take action on them. Teachers are well qualified from top universities and colleges. The course curriculum is oriented toward management and industries; it gives an idea about processes. Exams are not really hard; you just need to prepare well. 80% of students from each batch got a pass.
Other: I have some issues that need to be improved at the college.
