MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management - Batch of 2021

I am satisfied with placements in 2021.
Placements: College is renowned for its 100% placement rate, although at times students are placed in positions with lower packages. Nevertheless, companies such as Duroshox, WTE Infra, Man Energy Solutions, and Tata Motors offer job opportunities. Some students are fortunate to secure internships with stipends as high as 30,000rs. These internships often lead to roles such as management trainer, production manager, and operations executive.
Infrastructure: MIT is renowned for its facilities, events, and extracurricular activities. The library is well-equipped, although the librarian may not always provide books promptly. The college offers Wi-Fi and LAN internet connections. The hostel is comfortable; all you need to do is fill out a form and submit the required documents to secure admission. It boasts amenities such as a gym, sports ground, hot water, and study desks. The mess serves nutritious meals with a good balance of proteins. The sports ground features sections for football, cricket, and basketball.
Faculty: Faculty members can sometimes come across as arrogant, as they may not always lend an ear to our concerns. The same can be said for the management. It is worth noting that our college boasts a diverse student body hailing from various states. The course itself is highly demanding in industries, but possessing excellent communication skills and confidence is sufficient to thrive in this field. Examinations are held twice a year and are known to be challenging. However, it is worth mentioning that all students in our batch have successfully cleared them.
Other: College fees are too expensive, which weaker students cannot afford.

Faculty members and grading pattern are top class.
Placements: More than 70% of our batch got placed. The highest salary package offered is 12.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters include GEP, TCS, Deloitte and Cognizant. Almost 80% of students from our batch got an internship. Top roles included sourcing support, management trainee, financial analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Everything is good in our college. Labs are well-equipped. The campus is in the centre of the city with a lot of amenities like playgrounds, auditoriums, etc. There are many co-curricular activities and clubs in the institute. Overall, the campus is very beautiful and is ahead of time.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are excellent, and all of them have industry experience of minimum 10 years. Many guest lecturers are visiting the campus directly from the industry as well. The curriculum designed is very aggressive and vast, and it has no time left for students. It makes a PG course complete as required in the industry.
Other: The crowd is very good, very decent and standard, and it is from all regions of India.

The college has a brand name, but it has no value.
Placements: About 40-50% of the students got placed this year. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Companies like Würth, GEP, ITC, Delfingen and Kuehne Nagel visit our college to recruit us. All the students from our course got an internship. Roles like sourcing analyst, operation executive, purchase executive, logistics trainee and management trainee are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides facilities like smart classrooms, halls, grounds, etc. The quality of the food served is average with constant upgrades in food offerings. The library is filled with an enormous amount of books, and everyone has access to any book around the corner.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful. They have vast industry as well as teaching experience. We also have a frequent guest lecture from industry experts, and their insights are very helpful. Operations students get more visiting faculty members with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

I am very much satisfied with the college crowd and good faculty.
Placements: MIT - World Peace University is a world class university. The percent of students that were placed from my course was around 75%. The highest would be 7 Lacs per annum and the lowest would be 3.5 Lacs per annum. Average would be 5 Lacs per annum. Almost all of the students in my course got an internship but not all from campus like I had to try offline. The associate role is offered in the respective companies.
Infrastructure: No Wi-Fi but rest everything was very good. The infrastructure provided for the sport is amazing, we had many inter-college and inter degree competition like a competition between MBA specialisation. Food quality is better, rather I say the best food taste and quality.
Faculty: The faculty in our course as well as our college most of them were Ph.D. holders. Which is very good, they were not only Ph.D. holders but also have previously worked with the industry. The knowledge, teaching techniques, teaching style, the interaction with the students is what makes MIT faculty stand out. The curriculum was relevant and makes the student industry ready, it's not the only faculty but also student should have the capabilities to do so.

Companies do come you need to be well prepared.
Placements: The highest salary package offered was around 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA-5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. In our case, getting an internship from college is a little difficult. Many of the students have done their internships from outside. DHL, First Cry, GEP, Wrath, Eaton, Vignet, and L&T are the top companies that visited the campus. Sourcing analyst, SAP consultant, and associate analyst are the roles offered. Placements depend upon an individual. If they are good enough they will come out with good or decent salary packages.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good, co-operative, and helpful. Mostly from visiting faculty members, you can gain different experiences as they are very helpful also. Different techniques are adopted by faculty members for a better understanding of the subject like a case study, presentations, online moocs. They are very approachable. Various case study helps in understanding the knowledge better. The curriculum consists of different subjects which help you to have an overall knowledge of the course which helps you in your corporate life.
