My tenure here is very valuable. It is a highly recommended college.

Placements: Some very well-known companies visit our college for recruitment, but I am not sure about the placement statistics. Google, TCS, some leading banks and insurance companies and healthcare companies were among those companies which recruited students from our college. I am not very sure about the salary packages offered.

Brilliant campus life, great pedagogy and a holistic learning experience!

Placements: There is a placement cell and a placement coordinator who looks after job placements of the students. Many of the graduates and post graduates got placement in well known companies like HDFC bank, Union Bank of India, NIIT, etc. Which offer a fair package.

Good College but needs to work on corporate exposure.

Placements: The college does not have a placements policy and no one gets the opportunity to sit for placements. At least that was the case when I was a student. We got no corporate exposure whatsoever and honestly, that left us quite lost after graduation without much guidance.

It is the best college in the entire North East.

Placements: My course is not available in the drop-down. Top recruiting companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Jio, Wipro, etc., visit our campus for placements. The starting salary offered to the students ranges from Rs. 15,000- 20,000 per month, and it depends on the position one is offered.

St. Anthony's College is an institute where people from Northeast wants to take admissions in.

Placements: The college provide us with decent placements with different companies every year. Campus recruitment takes place for students in pursuing their last semester and offer jobs with fair packages. To qualify one needs to go through a rigorous process of GD/PI and written examination. The jobs are pretty attractive and the opportunity to grow is huge.

My college life is good because we learned many things during our tenure.

Placements: There are around 200 students in political science, and they are divided into two sections. The salary offered in our college ranges from Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 per month. They offer placements based on our results and how confident we are.

The campus life is the best part of NEHU. Placements are average, and facilities are good.

Placements: Around 20-25% of the students got placed in our course. Medical coding designer, technical support, etc., were the top roles offered to students. The highest salary offered was around Rs. 45,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. The highest salary package offered was 5LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Bosch, Wipro, etc., were the top recruiting companies. Almost 25% of the students got internships.

Review of St. Anthony's College, Shillong.

Placements: In our course, 30 students got placed. BBC News, Times Now, NAT and GEO are the top recruiters of our college. Roles like a director, news reporter, journalist and photographer are offered. About 50% of the students got internships in different companies, but I don't the company names. Most of them are freelance.

It is the best college in the state.

Placements: Placements are not provided in our college at bachelor's degree level. At the master's level, there are some placements, but I studied up to B.Sc. level. Most of these placements were offered by the state's department of biotechnology to which our course is registered. Most internships are in biotech companies around India.

Why St. Anthony's college is the best college ever.

Placements: Our department is a pioneer when it comes to field like journalism, filmmaking and mass communication. Several passouts have landed jobs abroad and telecom companies in Mumbai and other places. The knowledge we receive often is enough for anyone to start working as soon as graduation.

This university is quite good.

Placements: Placements in our college are quite low. Very least number of students got placed, i.e., about 30% of the total number of students. The highest salary offered was Rs. 30,000-35,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. Many students got internships from college, but all those internships are unpaid.

A good college to start with.

Placements: I was the student coordinator of the placement cell of my batch and this time many companies came like TCS, Cognizant, WIPRO, Capgemini, Regalix, Infosys, etc. And around 40-50% got placed. During my senior batch also, the placement was good enough. The salary ranges from 3.6 LPA to 4 LPA.

I am satisfied with the beautiful campus and faculty, but not by the university curriculum.

Placements: I am not satisfied with the placements. Very few companies visited for placements, and the companies visited were not for our BME department, only one company visited for core BME this year. Placements are pathetic, to be honest. Very few rated companies were invited and only a few departments were given preference and priority. The career counselling cell office staff are not responsive.

The highest salary package offered was around 4.5-5 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Zaloni, etc., visited here for placements. Placements are not that good here.

Good enough for Bachelor degree of Law.

Placements: For the department of law there has never been any placement to the best of my knowledge. After completion of course students either start practicing in courts, go for higher studies or give other competitive exams. No form of placement available for law department. Students go for internships from college to either Court of law or NGOs for law department, some are suggested by professors. Stipend varies from firm to firm.

North eastern hill university with its beautiful campus is a very excellent university anyone would.

Placements: Campus selection (40% got placement). Many company comes but I would still say. It's a little less compared to the other colleges. Students were offered engineering posts, and also senior batch got some less placement selections. Since some departments are new.

Placements: Placement scenario of the college is not at all good. None of the IT companies visited the campus for placements. We got only a pool campus invitation. Placements: Placements in our college were very bad. None of the students was placed. Not even a single company visited the campus for placements. None of the roles was offered. Many of them got internships from college. There is a placement cell, but it's of no use. They are simply getting paid from the government.

NEHU. The most beautiful campus.

Placements: I'm placed in the second the largest IT company in the world Infosys. Placements are there with decent package. All seniors are working well. There's a placement cell. This year almost 20 companies came for placement. They all are well known and they hired 3,4 students minimum.
