I am dissatified because of placements, they do not provide opportunity to give interviews.

Placements: The college requires students to have at least a 9 CGPA to be eligible to participate in placement drives. This year, no top companies came to campus for placements. Instead, all the companies were local ones based in Surat and Ahmedabad. The average salary package offered was 1,80,000 LPA, and the highest salary package was not disclosed but was advertised as 21 LPA. Students with a CGPA of at least 8 were eligible for internships.

Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. Our building has an elevator, and the classrooms have large LED screens for the teachers. There are fans in the classrooms, and the department has a lab with air conditioning and PCs for students.

Faculty: The teachers are not very good, so we have to do a lot of self-study. The exams are held every 3 to 4 months, and they cover a lot of material. The course curriculum is outdated, and the teachers focus on completing the syllabus rather than teaching you the material. As a result, you are not industry-ready after graduation.

The on-campus life of the students are astonishing. There is an annual fest with the name "Dhoom".

Placements: Students are eligible for placement in their final year. There are many companies who have visited recently like Patterns LLC, TCS, etc. The highest package is Rs 18 LPA and average package is Rs 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: I live in my college hostel which is good in every way. You can find everything to eat but the only thing is if you were required to go to the city, you have got to travel 18 km of distance, only this thing is tough for us. Hostel fees is higher compared to the other colleges. Food in hostel mess is bad. Menu of the food is published on date of 3rd of every month. Infrastructure of hostel is good. Many PGs And Hostels are there within 5km of radius. On every Sunday, evening mess is closed. So, students have to get their foods from the outside shops.

Faculty: I chose CSE because it provides wide scopes for the jobs in future. All the faculties are well qualified and most of them are from IITs, NITs institute. University holds 2 exam including 1st term & midterm exams and then the last one is an external exam. And also, there is a weekly exam conducted on every Monday. University also holds the largest tech fest which includes many events like Robo fight, etc. There are so many books which are available in the Library that you can issue. For students who are into the sports, this college is nice too. All fields & grounds from almost all games are available on campus.

Other: Parul University is one of the India's top learning institutions, situated in the cultural capital of Gujarat, Vadodara. Even though the main city is 20 minutes away from the campus, it is leashed with every single facility a university should have. Moreover, the public transport facility is available all the time with city buses running through the route on an hourly basis. The admission process is very smooth. When a candidate arrives at the university for the admission, they are immediately guided by a counselor and within around two hours the process is completed. The reason which I think this university is ideal for my studies is that not only the faculty members here are highly active and supportive in terms of academics and co-curricular activities but also the university supports in developing entrepreneurial skills and boost student startups along with the usual placement trainings. The university has a very detailed website which can be used for any kind of reference. In my college, there are so many clubs, for example, football club, cricket club, basketball club, table-tennis club, badminton club. They even have an opportunity to score in national too if they get qualified. Campus life is very great here. If you are a hostel student then you can hang out on the campus till 9 pm. Many festivals are conducted here. One of the biggest festivals is DHOOM Parul's annual cultural fest. There are many clubs working in Parul like there is GDSC, EXPLORE CLUB etc.
