Patna University offers admission to candidates based on their scores in the entrance exam or the last qualifying examination. The university conducts PUCET for admission to various courses. PU also considers scores in national-level entrance exams such as MAT, CMAT, etc. for admission to MBA programme. Further, Patna University publishes course-wise merit or selection lists.

The Patna University Entrance Exam 2025 results has been announced online on the official website. The candidate's scores and rank will be mentioned.
