Regretting my decision to take admission to Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very poor as it has not been repaired for a long time. Occasionally, painting is done only in areas visible to the chief guests called upon in our college. Classrooms are infected by termites, and provisions for AC are not there. The food quality of the mess is good and hygienic. Facilities for sports and games are also provided.

Above average college, decent faculty, good placements, decent infra and facilities.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is okay and sometimes works. Hostels are not very pleasing, but it doesn't matter as people around you make it worth it. Mess food is quite low quality in some hostels. Sports facilities are good if you have represented any of the sports. The labs and classrooms are decent.

Pec Chandigarh: Deemed to be University.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average, with Wi-Fi facilities all over the campus. Classrooms are air-conditioned with smart boards. Hostels are average, as expected from government colleges, but the mess food is decent, with a variety of dishes available.

My college is a very good college.

Infrastructure: My college's infrastructure is very high, and the hostel fee is 80 thousand for the 1st year. And the college fee is 1 Lakh 13 thousand rupees for the 1st year. But lab, Wi-Fi, classrooms, and facilities in your hostel, the quality of food available in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games are very beautiful.

The college is great if you lie in this rank range.

Infrastructure: Hostels are pretty shitty, rest all facilities are great and work smoothly, the library however is not 24x7, but it does stay open till late during exams of any sort. We have a wide variety of books, a market inside the college for easy access consisting of restaurants, banks, a post office, and stationary shops.

College is quite good, but as the course is new, we don’t know much about the placement.

Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi in our college, but sometimes it doesn’t work. Our college is 100 years old, so the infrastructure is old, and there is not much improvement in that. However, the clubs in our college are too good; we get to know a lot from them, and they help master several skills.

I am satisfied with our seniors.

Infrastructure: Hostels are not about infrastructure. It's all about with whom you are spending the time. There are only 2-3 triple sharing rooms. All the hostel rooms are double-sharing, so it's not an issue. The hostel allotment is like a lucky draw if you get a C block in the 1st year. The hostel has a D block.

Satisfied with the culture while a great improvement is needed in campus life.

Infrastructure: Average infrastructure with some basic improvements being done, but overall the hostels and facilities are average, with a huge amount of investment required to restructure the whole campus, and also some buildings require maintenance and proper surveillance.

Good placements, bad infrastructure.

Infrastructure: The library is very small, and the food area or cafeteria is very poorly maintained. Medical and sports facilities are good, and we have many events too. Wi-Fi is okayish and does not work in some buildings. The hostels are not good either, with poor infrastructure.

Not a good college life but good for placements.

Infrastructure: Only 1st year classrooms are modern and for the rest, all are old school classes. Wi-Fi is pretty okay, labs are pretty okay, the library is good and provided with AC service and more than 1 lac books are available. Hostels are not good at all; only 1 hostel is good, which is Shivalik Block C, and new hostels are under construction. Mess food is totally bad; only breakfast is good and there is no taste in lunch or dinner. There is a market in our college with all our daily requirements, as well ...

PEC Chandigarh College Review.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the College is decent but can be better there are Wi-Fis available on the entire campus called PEC-Wi-Fi, and students study through PPT and whiteboards. There is also a central library that is open until 8pm. Apart from that, the hostel is pretty average considering they take about 81500 per year and the rooms sizes are average in B-block Shivalik Hostel but in C-block the rooms are great. The mess food is just average. There are plenty of sporting clubs and facilities ava...

PEC: Informative and real review .

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are on campus only. Students can avail of hostels, and meals are also provided to them. Mess food is not so good or bad. Students may rather get bored with the food as the menu stays the same for a long time. Registration for hostel is done offline and the guidelines are provided on the college website. Hostel Fee : INR 81500 per year .

Absolutely great college, Could be better though.

Infrastructure: The production and industrial engineering departments are pretty well managed. But the condition of workshops and labs is just above average. The lecture halls and drawing halls are below average. The hostels are pathetic and poorly constructed. Although the infrastructure is getting better over time, the present scenario is just manageable. Having friends will make it easier for you to make a good living.

Things to Know About PEC, Chandigarh.

Infrastructure: Honestly, if you are looking for good infrastructure, then PEC, Chandigarh, may not make you happy. The college or hostel is not in very good condition and needs urgent renovation. Though all the facilities are provided by the college, whether it is Wi-Fi, Labs, Projectors, Library, or anything else. The college does have its market. In my Branch, Crores have been invested in a Semiconductor Research Lab, but I have not seen it yet. Mostly all sports from cricket to foosball can be played in the...
