    Review of Punjabi University.
Placements: The placements are pretty good. Mostly companies like TCS, Wipro, and Cognizant offer placements. Although this year, more than 260 offers were made, but off- campus placements are also very good. Many students got placed in reputed companies with handsome salaries.
Infrastructure: The campus is lush green. It has a great infrastructure and is spread over 300 acres. The library is really big, with high-speed Wi-Fi. The campus environment is very clean. Our college has a market called Gole market, where you can get almost everything you need in your daily life.
Faculty: The faculty are really experienced and skilled. Although this is my first year, I haven't faced any problems with the faculty, and the exams are also quite flexible. If, for any reason, you are unable to give your exams, you will get a special exam chance with proper documentation.
Other: Overall, the college is really good, and it's improving in all aspects.

It is the best college for placements.
Placements: Almost 50% of the student are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 33 LPA by Google and amazon offered 10 LPA. The average salary package offered was 15 LPA. Top role in our course is making apps. There are a maximum number of companies visiting our college.
Infrastructure: We have maximum facilities like a big library, good labs, smart classrooms, and a good Wi-Fi range. The quality of the hostel is excellent and the quality of food served in the mess and canteen is also good. There are also good medical facilities. We also have games like cricket, football, etc.
Faculty: Teachers here are the best with professional degrees. They teach you as simple you know about the topic and the behavior of teachers is quite good. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are average.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in hardware and software engineering.

A beautiful place to accommodate knowledge and make memories.
Placements: 60 to 70% of students were placed during that tenure and the lowest package offered would have been around 3 Lacs. Infosys, TT Consultants, Tech Mahindra, etc. were the companies. Roles were according to the skills, product engineering, technical engineer, IP field, etc. 60% of the students might have got an internship.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was good, and the university is already known for its beauty and library. Hostels were not that bad and the food was okay too. Wi-Fi and other important things were available too. Library was really good and the atmosphere of the college was very studious and happy.
Faculty: Most of the teachers were still taking phd and a few were only professors with Ph.D. But still the faculty was okay. Yes, the course curriculum was relevant. Teachers were really helpful and we could share our personal problems too. We were also given responsibilities to know more things.
Other: I wanted to get a depth knowledge of how things around me work. How are these things made and how people think about inventing such useful products. Really cool fests were held and students used to participate and enjoy them a lot.

Infrastructure and faculty was good. The college should invite more companies for placements.
Placements: Students of 2017 batch got placed in Infosys. Nearly 70% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.2 LPA. Infosys and TCS are the top recruiting companies. The system engineer is the top role offered to students. The highest salary package offered ranges between 20-25 LPA. May vary in offline placements. Almost 65% of the students got an internship mostly in Infosys and TCS.
Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, foodcourts, air-conditioners, computers, market and stationary, bus service, etc. The food was average, and there are certain issues regarding quality and hygiene. The food served in the canteen was good. The university is one of the best in the region for sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful and qualified. Staffing was appropriate. Almost 80% of teachers were knowledgeable and well-learned. The syllabus was mostly obsolete and outdated. It gives the base to make students interview ready but isn't relevant for current market needs.
Other: The course is highly demanding and widespread. It's not just limited to electronics and communications but also extends to software field which is the most booming market. Inculcate syllabus which is relevant and updated with market needs today. The college should focus more on changing trends and specialising in a particular course than imparting knowledge about various irrelevant topics. Events and fests were conducted every year. The campus crowd was average. Most people were from the backward region but had a fair share of a good crowd. Connectivity was good. Scholarships programs were also provided here. Extracurricular activities like dance and sports were enthused.
