Rai University offers BTech which is among the popular course in the University. BTech comes under the Rai University School of Engineering. The department conducts campus activity like Industry visits, seminars, webinars and workshops . RSE is committed to build Center of Excellence with Industry involvement. The duration of the BTech course is 4 years and the minimum tuition fee is around INR 1.92 Lacs - 2.8 lakh. Moreover, The University also offers Diploma courses in engineering as well. Admission to BTech programme in completely based on the merit list and scores of national & state entrance exams (JEE Main, GUJCET). The merit list is prepared from the valid  eligibilty criteria i.e. 12 years of school education from recognised Board with Minimum 45% in PCM. After the merit list is out, a personal interview round is conducted followed by submission of course fee to finalize the seat in the University.

Rai University offers after class 10 Diploma in Engineering. It is among the popular courses in the University. The branch of studies is Mechanical and Information Technology Computer Engineering.
