Royal Global University offers a full-time BTech in various specialisations. Really good infrastructure with good and educated teachers.

Placements: In my course there were more than 20 plus students. There were not many students so the class was silent and peaceful. The teachers were also friendly and good. The highest package was 13LPA and the lowest was 2Lpa so the average would be around 7.5 LPA. Top recruiting company such as syska, havells, tata fujifulm, hyundai, and such other companies. About 40 percent got to do internship in railway. Top roles offered are machines design and machines learning, 3d printing, AI and such.

Infrastructure: The facilities are really great it is very ambient and aesthetic. Our classroom has AC with good lighting and a projector too for visual learning. Although our local network was not good inside the campus but we were provided with Wi-Fi. We had access to books in the library we had two big libraries. The hostel facilities are good too, the security was tight and the food was also good, they offered variety of foods each day. The canteen also had delicacies although it was a bit overpriced. Medical facilities were also provided and sports and games were also held very frequently.

Faculty: Yes they were very helpful. Any doubts that the students had were cleared when asked, they also focus on the weak students. They were very knowledge and were well experienced in the field of education. Yes this course curriculum is very relevant. They have labs where we can get hands on experience and they take us on site visits also. The semester exams were fairly difficult but due to the teachers good teaching skills the exams went bery smoothly. For my batch the pass percentage is 90 percent.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: I have rated 2 because there are no companies coming to this University as we have heard so far. This university is famous for its cultural events across the North East. Well according to their prospectus the avg package offered is 6 lacs. The percentage of students placed is not that high. Companies such as Jio, Dalmia, Star Cement, etc. Visit his campus.

Infrastructure: This university provides way better facilities than any other university or college in North-East India. It has around 100+ courses available. This university also has 3 libraries and plenty of classrooms fulfilled with all the required facilities. Apart from all these the RGU also has labs for different subjects and also provides free wi-fi. Now coming to the hostels. Hostels are too good compared to other hostel campuses of engineering colleges in Assam and also tries to provide food of good taste but that disappoints me a lot. Apart from that only veg is allowed in the campus which is very nostalgic. Well, this university also provides maintained playgrounds, courts to play cricket, football, TT, badminton etc.

Faculty: Well talking about the teachers they are really very kind, humble and helpful. They are well qualified and are always ready if the students need any help. The quality of teaching is extremely good when it comes to RGU. The Architecture department is the best in the whole of North-East India. The course curriculum is relevant. The semester are easy but if we students study the whole year. If we miss a single class then there would be a big confusion in syllabus completion.

Other: Well, I am studying B.Tech (CE) in RGU (RSET). The best thing about this course is that it provides me with the best of the required information on the topic in a very descriptive and precise manner. Well RGU is known for events and fest over the year this university conducts at least 6-7 cultural events and the well known Concensio.

College administration is not good. The exam department is a waste, which requires a student union.

Placements: Almost 30% of the students got placed till now. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 15 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Byju's, Max Cement, TCS, Soni Ceramics, Capgemini, etc. Top roles offered are sales worker and field engineer. Verzeo, Internshala, etc., are the companies in which 80% of the students are recruited for internships.

Infrastructure: Our college has many facilities and infrastructures like different laboratories for different fields, digital classrooms with mic facility and a large collection of books in the library. It also has a Wi-Fi connection which is very slow, and as we enter the college, our Jio internet stops working. We face a great problem in using the internet for educational purposes inside the college. I am not a hostel border, but I know a bit that the quality of food is just above average. There is a dispensary for minimum treatment in an emergency, and it also included a gym with some facilities. Indoor badminton court, a court for squash, lawn tennis, cricket pitch and nets, table tennis, pool and chess are included in the sports and games section.

Faculty: Faculty members are good, friendly and supportive. They are extremely helpful, and their teaching quality is very good. The course's syllabus is relevant, but it does not make students ready for industrial works. Some training is required. Semester exams are not that tough, and the pass percentage of students is around 80%.

Review of RGU - Royal Global University.

Placements: The highest salary package offered was around 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 3.6 LPA. Many students got placed this year. Most of them were not placed through campus placements though. But the placement cell of the college is helpful and focuses on our all-round development for getting placed.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities provided are top-notch. They have huge rooms that are shared by 2-3 people. Clusters have 3-4 rooms depending on cluster size. Wardens are very good. The hostel has a gym and infirmary which has a nurse 24x7. The bus facility is also good for the day-boarders. All the buses are air-conditioned buses.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified and very helpful. The course is covered properly, and even extra knowledge pertaining to the field is also given. Extra project work is provided to us. Various quizzes/seminars are held for students, and we are encouraged to think big. We have a field trip every semester.

Other: The college is very well connected to the city via local transport and is easily accessible. The annual fest is called Consensio and is very happening. Individual courses also organise their activities.

Faculty members were not good at all, and they don't know how to teach. But they were friendly.

Placements: There were no placements at all for B.Tech students in 2017. Only 3-4 companies visited the campus, and even those companies offered a salary of Rs.15,000 per month. It is not the fault of the placement department. It is because most of the teachers aren't much knowledgeable to educate students. Students wasted more than seven lakhs for engineering, and all that money spent went in vain.

Infrastructure: The library available in our college was good. Classrooms look well. The college also provides good Wi-Fi facility. Labs are excellent here. As we moved to the next semesters, ACs have stopped working. The Wi-Fi connectivity is not that good, and it will stop working at times. There was no equipment in labs, especially IC engines.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are not knowledgeable except for one or two. The teaching methods used were disappointing too. The college didn't provide any industrial exposure during the 4 years of our course. There were around 60 students (students in both the sections combined) in the first year of the mechanical department. The strength of the students went down to 50 and 45 gradually. Only 15 students passed out from our batch in the end.

Royal school of engineering.

Placements: I was from mechanical. Out of the batch of 120 students, 3 of my classmates got placed in Amazon, Bangalore. There weren't any good MNC's or government organizations who came for recruitment. Moreover, one of my friend got an offer in Royal Enfield with a starting package of 5K/month. He didn't go for that. Later he also got placed in Amazon (walking).

Infrastructure: High quality infrastructure. Wi-Fi is not accessible for students, classrooms are good and well furnished with projector and air conditioner. Library is spacious. And the environment is good for study. Medical facility is also available, have gym for hostelers.

Faculty: Just like most college, some of the faculty members are good. Some were helpful, qualified. Method of study is theoretically. They will provide you notes for the whole year and at the end they will take exams. Lots of people got backlogs as a result have year loss. Around 25% people took 1 extra year to complete engineering.

Other: Concensio is a mega techno event. It's the best part of the college.
