Placements: Placements for our senior batch are very good. Companies like TCS, Infosys and Wipro, came for campus placements. More than 80% of the students are placed and are offered good packages. 8 LPA is the average salary offered to the students. And in the fourth year, the special course will be given for the placement training and basics will be taught.
Placements: The placements are mainly concerned with one company. During my batch, 700 students were placed in TCS alone. The salary package was around Rs. 22,000 per month. Apart from it, several other reputed companies have visited and recruited us, but the numbers were few. The placement cell does a wonderful job. They give us daily updates through emails and placement officers are cordial. Many students get an internship to various companies. My friends got a paid internship to Novozymes at Rs. 10,000 p...
Placements: The placements are quite high here. 95% of students get placed every year, and salary varies from 2 LPA-21 LPA. Notable companies like TCS, IBM, Microsoft etc. visit our college for placements, and the roles given are the software developer, marketing and sales executive etc. 50% of the students got an internship, and the stipend was from Rs. 4,000-Rs. 15,000. There is a placement cell, and they do very well in placing the students in various companies.
Placements: The placements were really good. The major recruiter is TCS. Many leading companies with good packages did come for IT and CS department. Ebay, Paypal, and Microsoft provide a maximum package. For mechanical branch too, the placements are good. Hyundai, Caterpillar, Ashok Leyland, L&T, TEL, Renault Nissan, Lukas, and TVS visited and hired according to their requirements.
Placements: Sastra is well known for its placements. Many say that TCS is the backbone of Sastra. I partially agree with that argument because as an IT student, I don't wish to work for TCS. Most of the CSE/IT students belongs to my category. We work hard to deserve a better company most of the SOC (School Of Computing) students get placed in a reputed company. So, no need to worry about placements. Once u join here, you are almost confirmed with a job.
Placements: The TPD provided extensive dive placement support to the students. Those who excel get very good packages. There are companies which do mass recruit as well. All the students are provided with placement support courses for personality development and improving oratory skills in the 5th and 6th semester which helps students a lot who have inhibitions while speaking. The highest salary offered was 21 LPA by eBay. The average was around 3.3 LPA TCS, Accenture and IBM.
Placements: The placement process for my batch and senior batches were smooth and well organised. The people who meet eligibility criteria will first attend a session by the recruiting company outlining what their expectation is in the auditorium. The highest salary offered is 5LPA by companies like Microsoft, Zoho and the lowest salary offered is 2.2LPA by companies like Citi bank and few others. The companies that usually visit for placement are TCS, Accenture, IBM, Zoho, Hyundai, Microsoft, city bank etc...
Placements: Around 900 students were placed in my senior batch in TCS. Top companies like a caterpillar, TVS, and Ashok Leyland were the major core companies visited for my branch. There is a placement cell in our college. Major software companies include Amazon, paypal, Cisco, Microsoft were paying between 11 lacs to 24 lacs per annum. Zoho, IBM, Hyundai is giving package between 4 LPA to 6 LPA and startups like Norton, super gas, TAFE, and murugappa where giving between 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA based on past plac...
Placements: The college has 90% of the placements. If You don't have any backlogs, you will get placed definitely. Every year we will get around 80-100 companies (Microsoft, Cisco, PayPal, CodaGlobal, Musigma, Amazon, TCS, Zoho, Accenture, IBM, Fidelity.). They will recruit around 2000-3000 people.
Placements: The placements are the best things in this university. Every year, many companies visit this campus to pick up the best. Almost, all the students belonging to computer science engineering get placed with an average package offer of Rs. 4.5 LPA. Rest of them have placed accordingly. Being a mass recruiter, TCS recruits a ton of students every year.
Placements: The placements are good for every department, and if you have good CGPA, there is a chance for placing in a good company. The leading company which hires maximum people from every department is TCS. There are some core companies like Honda, Ashok Leyland, to get hired for those companies the competition would be little tough.
Placements: About 90% of the students will be placed. The average package oscillates between Rs. 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annum. It has a NIRF 25th rank, and it's definitely a place to learn and a chance to prove yourself as a student after the failure in securing a JEE seat in an NIT or IIT. Overall, its a good college and a nice last option for the students who have done exceptionally well in their board examinations, or one who has scored 140 to 170 in JEE Mains.
Placements: Most of the batch students had opted for the higher education. Few of them were placed in IT companies and were offered system engineer roles. Dr.Reddy's recruited 3 students. The salary offered was above 4 lacs per annum in 2013. The placement cell was efficient to hire the companies to campus. However, only one core company visited, and it was not sufficient considering the batch size.
Placements: The placements are good. Maximum all the companies visit our university for placements. It is a nice university for discipline and education. You will get to know about the placements in the fourth year. There is no ragging in the university. The university is necessary for students who need discipline and education.
Placements: In my batch, the placements were well and good. Most of the students got placed in TCS(1212), and some got placed in the core companies(their field of study or interests). The automobile industries such as Hyundai, Ford Motors, Ashok Leyland, and IT firms such as TCS, HCL, Infosys, Zoho, Microsoft and much more visited the campus for the recruitment of the students.
Placements: There is a decent percentage of placements. Most of them get placed in some sort of IT companies as usual. Three students were placed at PayPal with a package of 24 LPA which is pretty good. You don't need to worry about a job after coming to Sastra unless you are completely useless.
Placements: Placements are the only advantage for the students to choose Sastra. The college provides 100% placements, only if the student clear all papers. The minimum package offered to the students was 3.25 LPA, and the highest package offered was 17 LPA (only for IT). No college provides internship in the third year.
Placements: The placements are excellent for CSE students. Top companies like PayPal, Amazon with the highest packages of 24 LPA and 27 LPA visited the college. TCS is the mass recruiter with the highest hirings like 720,900,1400 respectively in 2017, 2016, 2015. There are also many internships offered by many companies so you will be start working in 4-2 onwards.
Placements: 80% of the students get placed. 90% of the students having CGPA more than 6 will get placed. More companies visit only for the school of computing and offer high packages for SOC. Then TCS takes more in number in all the departments. Comparing to other colleges, SASTRA is far better. More opportunities for the school of computing.
Placements: The placementes for my senior batch are going on well. Nearly, 70% of the students got placed in 5 months, and the rest will get placed on this semester. Most of the MNCs like TCS, Paypal, Cyprus, Ashok Leyland, and Tata motors visited the campus. They offered a minimum salary of 3.5 lakhs per annum and a maximum of 25 lakhs per annum.
