There are various advantages and disadvantages. Opportunities are less, but the environment is good.

Placements: As our college claimed that it conducts the placement session at the end of the year, it didn't conduct. Only seniors are allowed to attend placements, and juniors do not even get a notice that companies are going to visit for placements. I have heard that the salary package offered is very low. Generally, roles offered here as inspecting or cultivating forest. Students have to apply for internships outside the campus on their own. Our college doesn't provide such facilities and doesn't inform a...

I am disappointed with placements.

Placements: Placements in our college in Prayagraj are the worst. Placement cell needs to be active for attracting companies for commerce and management students. If you are looking for placements, then I would suggest you search for other colleges with good placements records.

Our college is good for B.Com course, and you can score a high percentage in academics.

Placements: I suggest you do not take admission in this college if you want to get placed as placement record is not so good here. Our college is good for only some courses like dairy engineering, etc. If you plan to do M.Com or MBA, then you can join here as it will be best for you to prepare for your PG while studying.

I won't recommend my college because faculty members, placements and infrastructure are poor.

Placements: About 10% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 35,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like VNR Seeds, tractor companies, and seed companies visit our campus for placements. About 15-20% of the students from our course got an internship.

Teachers are good. Courses are excellent. If students are zeal to learn, then it is the best place.

Placements: There are placements in our college, but none of us preferred to opt for them due to job location, i.e., they offered in Rajasthan. Salary packages offered to students depend on companies, while Amul company offers the highest salary package. VNR Seeds offers the lowest salary package. Companies like Amul, Syngenta, VNR Seeds and private fertilizers companies visit our college for placements. Almost all of us got internships in agriculture-related post-harvest technological factories. The agricu...

Placements: A total of 130 students got placed in Seed Science and Technology. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 35,000 per month and the highest salary offered is Rs.50,000 per month. Top recruiters were Buju's, Prabhakar Hybrid Seed Company and Kaveri Jaadoo Seed Company. The role offered was as a seed testing manager. Review of Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences.

Placements: Placements in our college are low, but it is improving year by year. Generally, companies which came here are of marketing and not of core biotech. They offer salaries around Rs. 25,000 per month. However, companies and the number of seats for placements are also quite low because the biotech sector is still a new and developing sector in our country.

Average college with good faculty and average student Placement.

Placements: For my course, about 30% of my batch students were placed. The highest package CPC is of 3 lacs and the lowest is of 1.4 lacs with average salary of 1.8 lacs. Top recruiting company is Sonalika Tractors International for the position of Graduate Trainee. About 60% of students got the internship in various private and Public sector companies like in BPCL, Precision Engineering, HECL, Opportunity phones, Tafe Tractor etc.

The lowest salary offered is advertised for working in India was Rs. 15,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Aditya Birla, HCL, etc., visited the campus.

Placements: There are not many placements offers at our college. But, companies like Mahindra, Muthoot Gold Finance, etc., visit our campus to hire students from different courses like B.Tech agriculture, B.Com, MBA, etc. The highest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 to 20,000 per month. In some cases, it may also get higher. There is a placement cell in the engineering department, and it is not much useful.

Placements: Placements at our college are very low. In the year 2019, only 4 students got placed in the Escorts Group, and 1 student got placed in Mahindra. Rest of the students are preparing for GATE, CAT, and Banking, etc. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA by Mahindra. Placements: The placements in the college were not bad, but not up to what we were looking for because some companies were not friendly. Placements: The placement is not something which the college focus on. Even though some good companies show up, but overall placement is not something a person can rely on. They do not notify much about the placement, which is one of the reasons and the people are not aware of placements.

In terms of college life, the college is good, but in terms of studies, at least don't choose BBA.

Placements: The placements of the college were very bad and unsatisfying. They placed me in a company named Bucks and Gainer, and that company was a complete fiasco. The management of the company was a total fraud, and they lied about the salary also. The working hours were also not as per the norms. The college didn't cross-check the company's profile which was very important.
