School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Delhi offers a full-time Master of Architecture (M.Arch) course of a two-year duration. Admission to the PG course is based on valid GATE or CEED scores. SPA Delhi offers MArch in three specialisations, including Architectural Conservation, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design. The fee is INR 2.36 lakh. This fee amount comprises just the tuition fee. Additionally, for the hostel facility, a fee of INR 1.23 Lacs has to be paid along with the one-time payment of INR 20,000. The school shortlist students for the M.Arch course based on a few parameters. Candidates' score in GATE/CEED, portfolio of work, personal interaction with faculty and/or written test, interest and motivation for the chosen study and work experience are the parameters for selection.
