The college has a good infrastructure with many facilities.

Placements: The placements provided on the campus are good, but sometimes they are very less. There were good placements in 2017. The college organises SAP course for meritorious students. If a student scores above 9 CGPA, then they are provided with the SAP course, and if their CGPA is above 8, then they are provided with a scholarship.

It is an ideal college according to me.

Placements: The placements depend upon the GPA you get. The companies asked more core-related questions compared to technical questions. It takes time for a person to decide their career whether to work in the core field or software.

Overall, the college is excellent. You can gain more knowledge by doing practicals in labs.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Most of the big companies like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, BSNL, & many more companies will select students at the time of placements. I think one should score at least 60% to attend placements. The salary will depend on the company in which you were placed.

Delighted with the placements all the years from 2016-2018, Good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements start at mid August every year, plenty of opportunities to get placed in atleast 1 organisation placements follow in order starting from the top companies like amazon, samsung, cisco, Amadeus and ending with BPO. Many service based companies namely infosys, accenture, tcs, wipro, l&t etc. Our senior batch and our batch both had 100% placement record. I'm satisfied and happy joining this college.

Placements: The placements provided by the college were really good. The college helps us to get placed in the campus interviews. The college also has a training for placements cell, and they appointed special trainers for placements. Many companies visit the college for placements.

Our college can be a best or the worst but it's still the platform and a name to stand for.

Placements: The placements were on the lowest in 2017-18 in the 5-6 years of SRM. The maximum package from our campus was 61lakhs per annum and the average package turned out to be 3.5lakh. The core companies visited and placed only about 30-35 students and the rest were placed in TCS, WIPRO.

Loved the college because of the freedom given, faculty was not bad, good placements this year.

Placements: The placements were good indeed. High profile companies such as L&T and Deloitte were the prime recruiters. We got proper guidance and support when it came to placements. At least 75% of the students were placed. The lowest package offered was 1.60 LPA and the highest was 4.10 LPA.

Placements: 469 companies offered 5684 jobs to SRM Institute of Science and Technology. Students in 2016-17. Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Siemens, Hyundai Motors, Fuji Xerox (Japan), Bank of America, Honda, SAP Labs, Michelin, CISCO, Shell India and Vestas to name a few.

Satisfied, the best and good campus among all campuses in SRM University with good facilities.

Placements: We have good placement opportunities and more competitive nature in the college. If you are good in all aptitude, you can get placement selected easily. There are no rules even you get 90%, you do not get a job, and if you get 65%, you get placed, so talented students can get placed easily. So, the placement in the college is good.

The review of SRM University, Kattankullathur.

Placements: The college is always the best in placement and the other activities. The placement percentage of my batch in 2015 is 60%. My senior batch is good. The highest salary package was around 50 LPA, and the average was 10 LPA, and the minimum was 4 LPA. The companies that visited our campus are Schnider Electric, Wipro, TCS, CTS, etc.

SRM University, Chennai review.

Placements: In 2016 batch, the placements were good, and almost everyone got placed, but in 2017, the placement offer was reduced. Most of the companies came but recruited less number of peoples that too for less package. If you want to be placed, then take CSE, IT, SWE trades and let's hope that 2018 batch will get good placements.

SRM University- Experience of a CSE student.

Placements: The placements in our campus are very good. A large number of companies come for the placements, and a huge bulk of our students are placed. If the students have a good enough CGPA, even top-tier companies like Microsoft, Yahoo, etc. take students for jobs.

Satisfied with the faculty and curriculum.

Placements: Seniors are getting placed. Only CSE department get some placements. Mechanical and ECE students still struggle for placement. But anyhow, they get into a good company, or some students opt for MS, and they are provided with a letter of recommendation. And placements are also kept in focus here. From the first year, they will conduct classes on aptitude skills, verbal quantitative etc. They will prepare you for placements.

I was satisfied with everything, but the college needs improvement in some areas.

Placements: The placements offered were good as compared to the other colleges, but the sequence of companies was bad. Some companies came late and offered the highest packages. The students who previously got selected in other companies were not supposed to attend the placement drives of these companies. Overall, the experience was much better than other colleges.

You can study with the freedom and knowledge.

Placements: The on-campus placements going on like average and not many students are recruited because some branches are not in boom but according to the college, they will train you to get a job. So, need to think of that studying person to get a job in on-campus placements.

Good placements in 2016 and really good infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are good when compared to our seniors. Almost, 70% of the students are placed. The lowest salary was 3 LPA, and the highest salary was 16 LPA. Regarding internship, only a few of the students got. We have a placement cell and classes for the way of talking and how to face an interview. For my batch, the placements were good.

SRM, a culture worth experiencing.

Placements: The placement is moderate at SRM University. It has 400+ companies visiting every year including giants like Amazon, Continental, HP etc. The placement goes above 60% each year with package ranging from 3 LPA to 9 LPA. SRM ranks amongst one of the top most universities regarding placements and training.

Satisfying engineer with lot of confusions in the mind.

Placements: If you are really talented, then sure, at least 6lacs per annum package is average for this campus. These days, the focus on placements is far less in the mindset of students whereas before you enter college, it's like you want to get placed, but when you complete B.Tech, and it is like your focus on something new is more.

SRM is a journey worth experience.

Placements: The placement in SRM is quite good. 450+ companies visited the college this year including giants like Amazon, Google and HP. The roles offered were mainly GET (graduate engineer trainee). The highest salary offered was 9 LPA by Amazon. Around 70% students were placed. Mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys also offered jobs to many students. Overall, SRM is one of the best colleges when it comes to placement opportunities.

The eduction is the top class, but the overall development is less for the students.

Placements: Unlike, the general SRM track record as is shown through advertisement and all, our batch did not enjoy a good placement at all. I am not blaming the college, but maybe it was due to a certain fall in the market that almost no ECE company came for the placements. Half of the class got placed but mostly in the IT companies. But overall looking at my previous batch students, the placement is good in SRM.
