SRMIST Vadapalani Hosts Second International Conference on Reinventing Business Practices

September 29, 2022: Today's second International Conference on Reinventing Business Practices, Startups and Sustainability (ICRBSS) at SRMIST Vadapalani featured advice from those who want to start their own businesses. J. Radhakrishnan, the government of Tamil Nadu's principal secretary of cooperation, food, and consumer protection, said those desiring to become entrepreneurs must possess the necessary abilities and must not shirk from putting in the necessary amount of effort.

The two-day international conference, also known as ICRBSS 2022, is being organised by the Department of Management Studies at SRMIST Vadapalani in collaboration with University of Nizwa (Oman) and SRM University Sonepat. The conference aims to promote high-quality research in a variety of business disciplines, including entrepreneurship and startups. It helps to achieve the goal of information transfer by advancing the research community's career, enabling business decision-making, and encouraging policymakers to make good decisions.

According to Radhakrishnan, the crucial factor is that business owners must never be afraid of failing and that nothing should stop them from taking the necessary risks. Owning a startup is difficult, and one must be ready to overcome many obstacles. People who are on the path of entrepreneurship should always be ready to learn new things to keep themselves prepared for things that come their way because there will be many new developments when they set out on their route to creating their own businesses.’

I am dissatisfied because there is no sports facility as our college doesn't have ground.

Placements: Placements at our college are quite good because various companies visit our college to select students and offer only 2 students who have more than 7 out of 10 CGPA. Students who score below 6 or 7 CGPA have no placements. They have to find jobs on their own.
