Placements: The average salary package offered in SRM is 3-4 LPA. The number of companies visited SRM for placement is mostly IT firms and management based companies. The number of core companies for every department is very less due to which students get placed but chances of growth will be very less. Moreover, the chances for students to ever get back to the core companies after passing from college is nil.

Placements: This college lives up to its reputation as an average engineering college. Very few students remain unplaced. A decent pool of companies visits the campus for recruitment. Mass recruiters will hire almost all the students. Computer science students have an edge for a few good companies such as Amazon and De Dhaw etc., which come exclusively for them.

Placements: Placements in college are good enough for students. The college ensures that everyone ends up getting 1 job at least. Most placements are provided in IT sector irrelevant to the bachelor degree. Students are offered placements in the IT sector with low salary package. Whereas it is a good thing for college and company, but students end up suffering.

Placements: Core placements are very rare. Most of the offers were from mass recruiters. However, a sizeable chunk of students were placed in various sectors such as investment and marketing. Lots of companies visit the campus, and the choices are wide, but the competition is tough. Most of the time, it is the luck factor.

Placements: The placement rates have been deteriorating day by day due to the massive batch size and the availability of a few opportunities. The average placement rate is dropping every year, and the lowest salary offered was around Rs. 20,000, which is very poor these days. Even the placement cell is not that active as well.

Placements: Only mass recruiters visit the campus for placements. It is a typical private engineering college. If you have decent grades and cleared all arrears before placement drives, then you're eligible to apply for placement drives. If you impress the recruiters, then you can expect a salary package of 3-4 LPA. A few core companies are visiting the campus for placements, but the placement process is rigorous as well.

Placements: Placement of the college is decent with numerous companies recruiting students from our college. Companies like Ford Motors, Royal Enfield, Hyundai Motors Pvt. Ltd. etc., have been recruiting from SRM for a long time. The pay scale varies from about 10,000 to 50,000. Placements: Placements in our college are okay. Not many companies visit the campus for placements of core branches. Companies visit the campus only to hire CSE students. The average salary package offered is around 4 LPA. But the college does not care about the background of the company. They do help to prepare for the technical as well as personal rounds of interviews.

Placements: Placements are offered to the students who satisfy the eligibility criteria which changes every year. Both mass recruiting and premium recruiting companies visited the college. About 70% to 80% of the batch was placed. The highest salary package offered was 18 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.8 LPA. Almost everyone had an internship opportunity in the college till the final year.

Placements: A few students were offered the highest salary package of 10 LPA. But generally, students get an average salary package of 4 LPA. This year, a girl from our department got a salary package of 38 LPA by Microsoft. Many students got placed in Amazon too which is good for a private college.

Placements: Placements for the 2017 batch were about 70%. For the year 2018, placements were around 66% to 70% for ECE branch. You can easily find the records of year to year placements from the college website. The highest salary package offered was around 14 LPA by CISCO. But the average salary package offer remains around 3.50-4 LPA. Predominantly the visiting companies were related to IT service/product. But few core companies were also visiting the campus for placements.

Placements: SRM is famous for its placement activities. A huge number of companies like Adobe, IBM, Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, ValueLabs and many more visit SRM for recruitments. Placements: Placements for my department were decent. I don't know the exact number, but I know that a lot of students got placed in Byju's, L&T and other mass recruiters. Only a few core companies visited our college to recruit the students. Companies that visited our college were not related to mechatronics engineering course. Placements: Placements for our batch were not decent. The placement percentage of our batch was around 60%, but recently, I came to know that the placements for the 2018 batch were good with a decent package of 3.5 LPA. The highest package offered for the students of our batch was 13 LPA by Amazon and Cisco. Overall, the placements in SRM are good.

Placements: Placements are very important for students. I don't know much about it. Our seniors got placed with good packages. However, most of the students do not get placed in their desired companies. Placements decide the future of students. The college should provide better placement opportunities.

Placements: Overall, the placements of our college are average with some good packages. The maximum package offered was 39 LPA. TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Digital Cisco are some of the companies that visit the campus. Almost 70% of students got placed, and they were given jobs within 3 months of the training period.

Placements: Placements for our batch (2011-15) were not up to my expectations. Most of the batch was placed into the IT companies (Infosys, CTS, and Wipro) only who offered packages between 3 to 3.25 Lacs per annum packages only. To the best of my knowledge, only 70 percent of the batch was placed (That's' because many students having CGPA below 6 were not allowed to sit for the placements). Only, nearly 50 students out of 4000 eligible students got packages of above 6 LPA.

Placements: Placements for our batch were very less compared to previous batches. In our branch, there were162 students, out of which only 30 students got placed. So it is very less, and most of them are still unemployed. Students were salary offered very less salary.
