Review of Thiruvalluvar University.

Placements: On talking about placements in RTU, we can say that there is a bunch of students getting placements every year, The companies which visit the campus regularly are such as Sweco, Infosys, Mahindra, JK, Wipro, and much more counting. The students getting placements are not the ones who are differentiated. It is approachable to everyone. The normal package offered ranges from 6 LPA to 12 LPA based on the company. As the placements here start on some specific posts from the second year I plan to get a job even before it is the end of the degree. There are various types of internships available on-demand at our college. Various companies such as AMZ trains students in all branches on the basic knowledge of machine modeling and also make all the students aware of their responsibility as an engineer. Irrespective of their branch. All these internships are highly valuable and useful for the students studying at RTU.

Faculty: Exams were held at regular intervals. The time gap which was meant to be there was always maintained. On talking about the difficulty of exams, then it was not at all easy to pass. You should have to have a thorough knowledge of the subject.

Other: We have an aero modeling club in our college which is known as 'flying mustang'. Students here are taught to make as well as fly drones, hovercrafts, etc. We also had regular competitions such as water rocket competitions and others too at regular intervals.
