Great infrastructure for very economical fee. Good placements and faculty
Placements: The placements of our (2012-14) batch were average. Most of the people got placed, and those who did not get placed was due to location restrictions. 90% students were placed, and within 6 months of passing out of the college, 100% students got placed. The highest salary offered is 14 LPA, the lowest salary is 3 LPA, and the average salary is 4.5 LPA. The companies which visited the campus for placements are Medanta the Medicity Hospital, Manipal Hospitals, ICICI Lombard, Syntel, Rockland Hospitals, Xtremum Solutions, Motherhood Hospitals, American Oncology Hospital, Reliance Health insurance, Wokhardt Hospitals, Apollo Life and Aster Medicity. There are additional outsourced canteens available and an on-campus hostel facility, on-campus medical centre, on- campus recreation centre with gym, on-campus basketball court in campus convention centre. It has an extremely well-maintained library and classrooms available, and good hygienic quality breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner in the dining halls. All students get the hostel in the 2nd year, and only ST/SC/reserved candidates get the hostel in the 1st year. The hostels are good and well-maintained.

Other: The campus is beautiful. Students, seniors, Staff and the Faculty, all are very helpful. TISS has amazing opportunities for Field Work. Keep in mind that their attendance policy is very strict. In the first semester, you will have Foundation Course classes with students of other courses too. Foundation courses are rooted in Social Sciences and they change our perspective in how we perceive our society. From second year, the accommodation is provided. There is also medical facility available on the campus. Needless to say, all students have a medical insurance for 2 years. The library is exhaustive and, yes, they have a gym too. And, the fee structure, has been kept to the bare minimum. TISS is well known for its impressive placements. But then again, I am still a student and I am yet to experience it myself. In short, I don't regret choosing this institute for pursuing my Masters. Nor would you, if your heart is in the course you have chosen. :)

Absolutely satisfied with teacher, placement, exposure.
Placements: Placement of Master of Hospital Administration of Tata Institute of Social Sciences is good. All students of Maharashtra have been placed (100%) in various sector like IT Healthcare, Insurance, Hospital, consultancy, pharma, etc. Students were placed as management trainee, operation manager, etc.
Infrastructure: Campus of TISS, Mumbai is full of greenery. Classroom is well equipped with projector, green board, etc. In library we have 200-300 computer, books for all courses, Wi-Fi, study area (accommodates 500-600 student). Quality of food is good (hygienic). There is a problem of hostel in first year but poor student of first year get hostel outside campus which is provided by Institute.
Faculty: Teachers were well qualified in their field. They were very helpful (clear even silly doubt of student). They mostly used to teach by Power Point Presentation and they used to give article related to topic and also case studies. Every course have field visit in each semester and field visit have credit.
