The student should try for this college because there is more scope in this field (social).

Placements: The placement of the college is very good. Last year, it was 100% placement and this year will be the same too. The main thing is that the placement cell is handled by the student itself so that they can call the company or organisation where they want to go. All the students got placed in the organisation where they can work on the field. The salary package is good at an average of 3.50 lacs PA.

A place where you will get to learn from the best faculty, great infrastructure and unique curriculum. Practical learning from field work, one of unique things about TISS is that its Alumnus is heading almost every big organisation, and small batch size makes TISS HRM & LR one of the best courses in India.

Absolutely satisfied with excellent faculty and a conducive environment for learning.

Placements: Honestly speaking, there are numerous job offers from local government hospitals because our degree focused more on on-the-job training (OJT) than theories. This emphasis on practical training gave us an advantage in real-world applications. We not only learned about our course but also gained a contextual understanding that proved beneficial in our day-to-day lives.
