Absolutely satisfied with the college.
Placements: The total number of students placed in my course is 100. As our college is a government college, our college doesn't provide placements or any kind of package after our completion of the course. So, as I told you, our college is a government college so there are no placements on the college side.
Infrastructure: Our English department has the best faculty. Teachers are very helpful. Our college has Wi-Fi facilities, labs, classrooms and a library where we can go and study for our upcoming exams. Our college has hostel facilities but I stay in rented rooms so I don't know much about hostels. And our college has a canteen, medical facilities and a sports and games room too.
Faculty: Yes, the faculty teachers are very helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable as well. They have good teaching qualities. The secondary exams were normal, like if you study, it will be normal to you and if you don't study, it will be as hard as always, and the pass percentage is above 30 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in my subject, English.

Good faculties prepare the foundation for competitiveness and life.
Placements: There is no direct placement after completion of the course. But students have to sit for competitions like UGC NET Civil services, banking, SSC, etc. This course prepares the foundation for the competitive exams. There is no direct internship facility in the department. But one can participate in seminar, one-day workshops, conferences, etc.
Infrastructure: The department is well-equipped with infrastructural facilities such as a smartboard with a sound system in the classroom, Wi-Fi, one small library and two big classrooms with many small rooms. The university has one central library where one can find the maximum number of books and journals. There are four hostels in the university: two for the Ph.D. scholars and two for the UG and PG students. The condition of the hostel is average and the mess facility is also average. The university has one primary hospital with an ambulance facility. The university has one sports board and two playgrounds.
Faculty: The faculty members are a bank of knowledge. They are humble, friendly and knowledgeable. Students have to focus solely on their lectures and do not need any further outside assistance. This course develops the proper communication and writing skills of the students, which helps them in their future preparation for the competition. Difficulty levels vary from person to person; if one solely focuses on the lectures, he/she does not need to worry about the difficult level. Yes, the question standards are quite high but the questions revolved around the topics taught in the classes. The passing percentage is approximately 66.6–70%.
Other: I chose this course to build my foundation in English . This course is about developing my writing and communication skills. The course is good but there are some problems in the evaluation process, like the lack of transparency in the evaluation. The department conducts many events and fests throughout the year like freshers, farewells, conferences, departmental trips, etc. One can also avail financial assistance for the course, like Ishan Uday scholarship the NEC scholarship, etc. The campus life is good and safe.

Not that much enjoyable.
Placements: Our batch is from 2020-2023 and we did a lot of work during our college life. Like the NAAC also visited during 2022 that ranks every college and that decides the government found of the college, we were also connected with NCC & NSS. We were also taken to different town & cities to represent our college in different competitions.
Infrastructure: Our department had personal library, reading corners, drinking facilities and every programmes and occassions celebrated equally in our department. Our campus also had canteen, parking area, beautiful garden & we had our own college stadium where different sports arranged.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful towards all the students, they tried to help by providing valuable guidance, suggestion books, giving some extra books from departmental library. Our campus also had canteen, parking area & we also had college stadium where many sports arranged.
Other: I was always attracted towards history and always had a vision to know about our past, freedom fighters, how India struggled for independence.

Rural studies department of TU.
Placements: Most of my seniors from the course have been placed in good government scheme. The package depends upon the scheme of thr government and it can be around 20k to 30k per month. Most of the students get enrolled in some scheme, the professors take this responsibility in their hands.
Infrastructure: My department I. e the rural studies department is just near the Library and the infrastructure of my department is good too. As for the hostel, the girls hostel is grand with all the features one can think of. From free Wi-Fi to water heaters and everything.
Faculty: The faculty is the best out there. They engage with the students in every activities and try their best to develop the department in every aspect. The course is very relevant and underrated. The semester exams aren't much of a hustle the professors will provide everything.

Good course, good faculty and everything, all must join.
Placements: In my course, although there are no direct placements from companies, there are certain government schemes that need students from this background, so our professors do their best to hand them to us and these schemes may vary for different time periods.
Infrastructure: The girls hostel is really good with great facilities and infrastructure; it has almost all the required accommodation and has good toilets too. The hostel is inside the campus and it is heavily guarded. There's a private canteen inside the hostel too.
Faculty: The faculty is really good and helpful and very supportive, although the number of professors is very low. The exams are not that hard; the teachers already give suggestions before the exam, so students who study a bit can pass the exam very easily.
Other: I chose the course because there's going to be a huge demand for it in the future and it's very underrated.

The college is highly reputed in Tripura.
Placements: The course I'm studying is a humanities course. And as it is known to everyone, there aren't many companies that take people or give placements to students from arts or humanities backgrounds. So it's the same case with Tripura University too.
Infrastructure: The departmental infrastructure is quite good. The seats are quite good as well. There are high-quality smart boards in the class, which are further equipped with great speakers as well. But the hostel is average, and the meals are also not up to par.
Faculty: The faculty of the university is very diverse, comprising experienced professors from various disciplines. The curriculum is designed to provide a well-rounded education, blending theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Students have access to a wide range of courses.

Over all ICFAI University Tripura is quite reasonable to go for B.Tech. You are welcome to find our structured and approved 4-year B.Tech programme in different fields including Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering
