University campus is awesome because it is eco-friendly.

Placements: Students with more than 50% marks can do this course. The salary package offered is from 2 LPA to 5 LPA. The recruiting companies for my course are Wipro and Tata Consultancy Services. Roles offered are software developer, web developer, front-end developer, back-end developer, and full stack developer.

Infrastructure: We have a computer lab at our university. There are also classrooms for teaching. The university has a large library. There is also a library in the department where you can find course-related books. The hostel is very nice. The hostel has a lift, cold and filtered water for drinking and hot water for bathing. The university has a free health center for students. There is a very large and nice ground to play the games.

Faculty: Teachers at our university are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. If we have any doubts or queries, the teachers help us to resolve the doubts. There is a project in the 3rd year. If the project is good then the project gives you a job.

Other: I am interested in computers and this course has computer language and everything is related to computer so I chose this course.

Our college has amazing infrastructure and facilities and faculty members are helpful and kind.

Placements: Mahindra Automobiles are linked up with our university and they have assured us that students will be recruited after the completion of graduation. The course which I'm pursuing is an IT course which means all companies are open for you to work in, as IT is required in every field now. The roles you can do with this course are software engineer, software tester, software developer, etc.

Infrastructure: As per my experience, our department is beautiful and has provided computer systems. There is Wi-Fi for students to practice. You can go and access systems at any time for your practice. Teachers are also kind, humble, and open. You can easily access the library books. There is a canteen in front of our department named as Aadarsh canteen which has good quality, hygienic, and tasty food. At the university, there is a hospital that provides free medical facilities not so far from our department. There is a whole different area for support which contains a basketball court, running tracks, and more.

Faculty: I'm a second-year student, and till now as per my experience, teachers are very humble and always ready to help you. They are qualified and knowledgeable in their particular subject. For sure, this course allows students to be industry-ready. It not only provides the knowledge but also the behavior and manners that how to work in an office and industry in future. There is a credit system in SPPU. Suppose for a subject, the total credit marks are 8 so a student has to score 4 credit marks to pass in that subject. During the time of covid, the classes and exams were conducted online so MCQ questions were asked in the exam and practical was taken separately along with oral questions. Now, offline exams are started and written exams are there for 50 marks then there are practical and oral of 75 marks. Semester exams are easy to pass if a student attended their lecture.

Other: I chose this course as this course does have a high demand in the industry. If I'll focus more on my studies then with this course, I can definitely get a job with Rs.19000 - Rs. 20000 per month as a starting salary. I wish more students would know about this course. University also provides various scholarships every year and there is also an Earn and Learn Scheme which allows students to learn the course in which they have enrolled and also earn with this scheme. As I'm also a part of this scheme, I can assure you that it's easy to apply and work.
