Yes, Jammu University does follow the seat reservation policy for the MBA course as per the new reservation policy of the government and the latest Statutes of the University of Jammu. 50% of the seats are reserved for the General and the open category and the rest 50% is distributed among other special categories such as SC, ST, PWD, Residents of Backward Areas, Other Backward Classes (OBC), etc. 

Admission to all the offered courses is through the Jammu University Entrance Test (JUET) except for MBA. Interested candidates must appear for the entrance exam and the selection is then done based on JUET score. However, for courses such as Btech, MSc, B.Ed, MA, etc, CUET is required.
