College is good, but hostel one can come here if not any NITs.

Placements: Around 90% of students get placed in companies, with an average salary package of 5 LPA. It's a decent college for technical education, comparable to IITs in classes. Most core companies visit this college. It's a good college and but it is very strict about classes and academics.

Good for core enthusiasts.

Placements: The placements at my college are average. Despite what they say on their website and in person, the placements are mediocre at best. Last year, the best placements were in metallurgy and core branches, with an average package of 9-11 LPA. Non-core companies offered very low salaries, averaging 4-5.5 LPA. Students who found jobs on their own should give credit to the college for providing the resources to help them succeed.

Value for money in B.Tech (VSSUT).

Placements: As there are various branches in VSSUT, a good number of companies approached the students. The average package of VSSUT is 6 LPA. Branches like Mechanical and Civil get good placements here. The lowest package is nearly 4 Lacs, and the highest last year was 48 LPA. Mainly, students from my domain, Electronics and Telecommunication, went for internships at companies like Tata Steel, Jindal Steel Plant, CTTC training, etc.

VSSUT- Overall good college with some lacking points.

Placements: Placement in this college is decent, with around 65-70% of B.Tech students getting placed every year. However, this number varies annually according to demand and situation. This year, the highest package was around 18-20 LPA. The lowest package was 3 LPA. The average package is around 5-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, JSW, Vedanta, Tata, Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, and TCS.

Prominent recruiting companies include Delloitte, Capegemini, LnT, ABG, Adani, Reliance, Tata, JSW, Maruti, Hyundai, and other similar companies. You can join the college without any hesitation.

Placements: Around 75-80% students get placement. All deserving candidates generally get placed in the final year. Besides, the college provides enough exposure to the outer job market so that students feel confident during job interviews and perform well. Many companies come to recruit candidates such as Infosys, Tata Power, etc.

Good academic curriculum.

Placements: 60% of students were placed in our course in the previous year. While our placement is going on. The highest package offered to them was 14 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 5 LPA. Vedanta, JSW, Aditya Birla Group, Marquee Semiconductor, Tata Power, Tata Electronics—these are some of the most recruiting companies for our stream. For freshers, general engineer trainee is the top role. Whereas, after 1 year, they give the role of assistant manager.

Not gonna say satisfied, but not dissatisfied either.

Placements: The placement cell is newly made and well maintained from inside to outside. But unfortunately, for the ETC branch, it's terrible for the last year. Coding companies came in bulk, but there is a very rare sign of core companies. Almost 70 percent of students from the ETC branch were placed.
