VSSUT Burla Seats Reservations 2024: Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT) in Burla follows the reservation policy set by the Government of Odisha for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The university will release the merit list as per the rank secured in the entrance exam
- BTech: A valid score is required in the JEE main or OJEE entrance examination
- MTech: A valid GATE score is required for admission into two years MTech course
- MSc: Career assessment is the criteria for admission into the MSc course in July every year.
- Integrated MSc: Entrance Exam conducted by VSSUT / OJEE / OJEE(Main) in July every year.
- MPhil: Entrance Exam conducted by VSSUT in July every year.
- PhD: Entrance Exam conducted by VSSUT followed by Interview (in July and January every year). Full-time students with External Fellowship and VSSUT faculty members are exempted from this selection process.

Candidates must pay the counselling fee of INR 500 for the programmes, such as MSc.
Step 4: Seat Allotment
When offering a seat to a particular candidate, the rank of the candidate on the final merit list will be taken into consideration.
