Absolutely not satisfied with this college because of rules and faculty.

Placements: The placements in our college are going very good. And, 40% of the students are selected. According to the company, the salaries are offered. The roles offered like coding, software, hardware, and core side. Many companies are coming for the placements. Our college is doing well in placements for the final year and third-year students.

Simply superb, where we can feel a home away from home.

Placements: Placements are a little bit less when compared to other universities, but in discipline and others it will be fantastic, and hostel and food facilities are too good. They also provide the best one in existence for students, and at last, the atmosphere here is awesome thanks to Veltech.

The college is average and expensive with worst management. The faculty are good.

Placements: The companies do visit for placement, but I would like to clarify that placement depends upon your practical skills. The college doesn't have any role in placing you other than inviting companies. It depends on your hard work. For placements, you need to be self-developed in programming skills. Every year new technology is introduced. Aptitude and practice skills are must to get good placements.

The placements of the college are good, but the faculty is bad.

Placements: In the year 2018, there are more than 25 companies that recruited 130 students. The top recruiters are Amazon, PayPal, Byjus, Musigma. Wipro, Mindtree, Capgemini recruited around 90 people. Around 30 people got placed in product based companies. There are several programmes for upgrading your skill which will help in your placement.

Completely dissatisfied with the faculty, labs, and management.

Placements: The placements were increased compared to our seniors. The computer science and electronics students were placed in a huge number with a package up to 8 LPA compared to the previous batches. The mechanical student's placements were not at all good for the current batch that is it's around 5-10%. Wipro, Mindtree, Mu Sigma, Quest global, etc., are the companies that visit the campus. Even the university doesn't encourage the students to get an internship in the well-reputed companies, but foreign ...

It is a good college for namesake with unworthy teaching.

Placements: The placements are less than 15%, and from past ten years, there are very fewer placements and companies those are visiting are for namesake. The average salary offered was 3.2 LPA. Wipro, Mu-Sigma, Sutherland, Tafe are the few major visitors. There is an active placement cell, even in computer science branch, students are not getting placements there.

Good infrastructure. The placements are not up to the mark.

Placements: Mostly, IT companies visit in the seventh semester. There are four colleges within the campus, so the placement is common for all the colleges. In the 8th semester, there will be only BPOs coming for recruitments. They will arrange for placement classes that you must attend so that they can get some money to build their infrastructure.

The improvement of the college is highly recommended.

Placements: The placements are pretty average. The companies will come but the salary range is low, and the percent of students placed is low. The companies like Wipro, Nissan, Tata, etc. The internship is offered to the students who have interest in it. There is a placement cell, and it is quite helpful.

Average infrastructure, satisfying faculty, average placement, good transportation facilities.

Placements: Placement will be started at the end of the 3rd year. Placement training will be started at the starting of 3rd year. Training will be given based on RS Agarwal aptitude book. Placement was good. Mostly, software companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra were the most recruiters. Core companies were less. Around 60 percent of students got placed during my batch. Highest salary offered is 3.5 LPA, and the lowest is 1.8 LPA. College does not provide any internships. Government stipends like first gradua...

Overall, the college is good for those students who want to empower their talent and get placed.

Placements: The placements of the college are fine, but it is based on the student's talent. Reputed companies visit the campus for placements. I think the highest package offered was 4 LPA approximately. The college has the campus placement training source that helps the students to empower their skills.

I am completely satisfied with this college because of infrastructure. Dissatisfied with the rules.

Placements: This university is bringing maxing companies from this year. If the student has talent, then definitely he/she will place in good companies. My seniors had got placed nearly in 10 companies. I don't know about other seniors. Almost 60 percent of the students got placed, and 20% of the students are going for higher studies.

Satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure, but a bit dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: Some of my seniors have been selected for Quest Global company which has hired around eleven students and the remaining students of CSE have been selected for various companies like Amazon, Myntra, Titan, Hyundai and Mu Sigma etc.

Veltech is not as good as it seems.

Placements: Since I was enrolled for an industry stream course, the placement at ARAI Pune in the second year was great. But as far as Veltech is concerned, the state of placements was very poor. Right now, I only remember one company that came for MTech IC engines batch and that too was not directly related to IC Engines. The average package at ARAI was around 6 LPA and the maximum was 10.32 LPA(offered by ARAI). The minimum package was some 3.45 LPS offered by TCS.

One of the growing universities of Tamil Nadu with latency of excellence.

Placements: Rigorous placements were held for our batch in 2013. Approximately 30-50 were selected from the whole batch and 6 from my domain. The average salary as expected from any private university was 3.5 lakhs. IT companies like Wipro, TCS, Capgemini etc visited and took a bunch. Hardly any core companies were welcomed. Few of the good companies also visited with a high criteria which was legitimate. The salary offered by them were equally high but again for the school of computing mostly. ...

I had a good experience here.

Placements: The placements for mechanical was very bad although the students have a good knowledge of the subject. The core companies for recruiting mechanical students were only 2 in number. Only 1 company offered a joining letter for the selected student. But for IT, CSE and ECE, the placements were excellent and more than 30 companies visited for recruitment. The salary was average and some offered low wages but that is okay for a fresher. Companies like Wipro, IBM, Polaris, Joho, IBPS etc. visit frequen...

Review for Veltech Technical University Chennai.

Placements: I was a mechanical engineering student at Veltech Technical University. About placements, I would explain branch wise. Let's start from mechanical. They have more 500 seats for mechanical engineering and they are showing 100% placements which is totally false, as they are giving only 20-40% placements for mechanical. It may be in core companies or non-core but mostly are non-core mainly in IT companies. The second is automobile engineering they have 200 seats for automobile engineering and place...

Good for post-graduation, research and development aspirants. The college has an NBA accreditation for aero and mech engg streams but I would rate it 2.5 out of 5 for under graduation and you won't find much of extracurricular activities. The placements are average. Hostel facilities are good.

My college is good for average students and also nice atmosphere. It has well equipped labs and provides good facilities. It has good faculty who provides good motivation and also has a big library. It has a vast campus. It is good in other aspects like NCC and NSS, cultural programmes and quiz competition, co-curricular activities.

A good College to learn not a high level qualified staff, but will encourage in various activities such as IV/ implant training, etc. But a very strict environment for first year students. Many North Indians. Food is very worst and Bus availability also rare. Innovative ideas are welcome. Placements will be there for CSE, IT, ECE, EEE but Civil it’s rare.

Over all good college when compared to other colleges.

Placements: 1. Percentage in my college doesn't matter the main matter is in skills that particular student had (around 7.5). 2. The highest package in our college is 10lakh per annum and avg salary is about 3.6. 3. Infosys, capgemini, wipro, tcs were top recruiters. 4. Assistant software engineer role offered. 5. The highest 10lakh per annum package offered. the lowest 3.0 Lacs per annum Avg 3.6 Lacs per annum. 6. 50% students get internship every year in accenture, oracel.
