Once a VITian, always a VITian.

Placements: Placements are the best. Many companies visit to recruit the students. There are categories like super dream, dream and mass recruiters. If you are an average student with a little luck, you will get placed in at least one company. The main thing in getting placed is to be confident and learning the basic knowledge of your domain. Then, show them that you can do.

VIT Chennai has good placements and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are awesome in VIT Chennai for all the branches, but it takes a dip when it comes to civil engineering. Although all the students are placed, the package received is not appreciable. L&T offers the highest package of around 7.5-8.5 LPA while the average package is of around 3.5-4 LPA. The average package for other branches like CSE - 7-8 LPA, ECE, EEE, ECM- 5-6.5 LPA and mechanical- 4-5 LPA.

The college has the good infrastructure to back up with the teaching. A place to learn and grow.

Placements: There are the tons of companies, who visit here to look for the young minds. It is you, who have to capitalise on the opportunity given. Around, 60% is a must throughout the academic career. For the placements, the students have to visit VIT Vellore campus. Being in a college with a brand name such of VIT, you are certainly going to be placed.

Good infrastructure and the best private college. Not much satisfied with faculty, 2017 placement.

Placements: It was a batch of around 180 students, and approximately 120 students of them got placed in IT and core companies. Many companies visited the campus like in the core field like Escorts Machinery, Tata Motors, Quest Global, ITC, Titan and in the non-core field like TCS, CTS, Infosys, ZS Associates, Virtusa, Future First and many more. Around 60 companies visited the campus for the mechanical stream. The roles offered were the graduate engineer trainee, associate system engineer trainee, data anal...

The best college for the best students.

Placements: The placements offered are pretty good compared to so many private universities. Even the companies are very good mainly super dream and dream companies, for CSE aspirants no need to take another look because this is one of the best colleges for CSE students. In CSE, almost 90% of the students placed already.

The college has the good infrastructure, placements, and faculty members.

Placements: My seniors have placed in the good companies. Most of the student got placed in VIT. The highest salary can be more than 12 lakhs per year, and those are the super dream jobs. The lowest offered is 30K per month means 4 or 5 LPA. The companies like Amazon, Microsoft, HP, Cognizant, etc., visit the campus. I don't have the exact idea what the students were offered. There is a good percent for the internship, the stipend offered to the is 25K per month, and the student can get a job in that compan...

It is the best university if you are looking for good education and very good placements.

Placements: Our college has the best placement cell. They do their best to attract top companies like Amazon, D.E Shaw, McKinsey, Texas instruments etc. The average salary will be around 5-6 LPA. There is no difference between Vellore campus and Chennai campus in terms of placements. The placement trend has changed since last year, because of the downturn in IT industry. But, they are bringing in a lot of companies. So, you will have the best chance of getting placed.

One of the best colleges in India

Placements: VIT Chennai campus had maintained almost 100% placements in the year I graduated. Out of 410 students in all the streams in that year, nearly 400 students got placed. Although many of the students got placed in mass recruitment, it is generally the case for many B. Tech. colleges.

The university has an excellent faculty, amazing placements, and good infrastructure.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good and 100%. 7 CGPA is a good result. The salary offered in between 3-6 LPA. All the new companies come here for the students. They know how to choose, and they tell you what to do. They satisfy your needs and effort. Everyone will get placed and no reason to be sad about it. There will be training before the real job starts.

VIT, a place to learn and grow.

Placements: The placements are quite good. Last year, the highest package offered was Rs. 25 lakhs per annum and the average package offered was Rs. 4 lakhs per annum. The placements of the Chennai campus and the Vellore campus are held together at Vellore, but some companies visit the Chennai campus too for the placements. Overall, if you are good at studies, scoring a CGPA above 9, you will get a nice package.

A place to learn and a chance to grow

Placements: Our college has good placements in L&T and various IT companies. They train from the first year by having a course with some credits called soft skills, through which we can gain much more knowledge for attending placements. More platforms were created for the placements through outsourcing too.

Placements: Placement is very good for the CSE, ECE, and IT. But sometimes, it is quite difficult for the core branches like mechanical and civil. If we talk about placements, it is approximately 90% with mass recruiters. But people prefer going in core companies. An overview of VIT University, Chennai.

Placements: The placements are pretty good. MNCs from many parts of India come here in search of young talents. They assure us a maximum placement of 90% with a good package. Also, they train us for placements by having soft skills classes. This helps us to clear HR round and aptitude rounds easily.
