Placements: 100% placements for people who have opted for placements. Only people who either opt out for higher study or don't choose the placement option are not placed. Pre-placement preparation classes are held from the very first year. They hire professionals to teach various placement-oriented batches. They will teach you aptitudes, logical reasoning, talking skills and proper code of conduct for the interviews. Mock interview sessions are conducted.

Placements: The placement at VIT is very good. Companies which visit for the campus drive are Google, Oracle, Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant etc. Like these, many good companies are visiting for recruiting the most deserving students.

Almost all students who cleared their arrears before the placement activity got placed in mass recruitment companies like TCS, Infosys.
