VIT Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Vandalur

Placements: Very good placement record from the past till now. The lowest package was around 3 LPA and the highest was 41lpa. Average salary eould vary from the range of 6 to 10 LP. Placements: All the top companies have been come for the placements. A lot of students are placed from this college. We have placements, but not 100% placement. I would suggest students to get admission in our college and don't miss the fun, because will have a lot of clubs and a nice place to grow.

Placements: Placements as the name suggests VIT has very good placements. Students get jobs as normal package, dream package and super dream package. Many renowned companies like Microsoft, Amazon come to offer dream and super dream packages, where as there are end number of mass recruiting companies like tech Mahindra, capegemini, Infosys, Wipro, cognizant, etc. So if you're a CSE student you will get ample amount of placement offers. Placements: The placement was there were around 40 core companies that came and another 30 service companies as well. Mostly all the eligible students got placed. I got placed in one non core normal company and a core company. The lowest salary was 2.2 lkhs. Most of the core companies offered get roles.

Placements: Since the first batch of the law school has not passed out yet I am currently not in a position to give any affirmed review about the same. But from what I have heard the placement opportunities are going to at par with that of other streams of the university.

Placements: Our batch was passed out in the year 2010. We had good placement result overall. Our batch is the first batch to start integrated M.Tech in VIT, Chennai. Corporate companies recruited almost 80 percent of the graduates. Almost all the companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Dell, ZS Associates, Code Nation, Flipkart, Microsoft, Adobe, Google etc. boosted our heart and made us feel that any student can get placed.

Placements: The placements honestly are pretty low (3-3.5 Lacs/annum) for the branches like Mech, Civil and EEE but for the branches like CSE and ECE the placements are quite well when compared to other branches. Placement rate is almost 100% noticing the fact that most of the placements are in IT companies. VIT do give a lot of chances to do internship in India and abroad (Student Abroad programme). Placement is combined for Vellore and Chennai.

Placements: As everybody knows, VIT is good enough name for the placements and education system. I can share in detail that this is my final year running, and I started doing my job from last 2 months. The placements are nice in this college, but the students also work hard. I got the placement at Delloite, Bangalore.

Placements: As compared to other colleges VIT is better, companies are regularly visiting the campus. Many students got opportunity in core companies. Max 9 pointer got chance in core companies rest many companies are allowing students who are having above 6 CGPA.

Placements: As being in a mechanical branch, I can say that the average package you could expect is 5-6 LPA. If you are a good student and score more than 9 pointers, then you are eligible for dream companies like Biotech. This year in 2017-2018, the highest package was 49 LPA by Biotech company. The other companies like Hundayi, Tata, etc., come for placements. If you score more than 8 pointers, then you can go for core companies, which can provide a package of 8-9 LPA. Placements: L&T has selected 8 students with the CTC of Rs. 3.6 Lacs pa. Brakes India took 2 students, Continental Automotive took 5 students, and Ericson took 36 students with the CTC of Rs. 5.25 Lacs pa. The M.Tech internships with PG projects are arranged. Broadcom, PayPal, Honeywell, and SAP Labs are some regular recruiters.

Placements: There are 100% placements. PayPal has given 34 LPA placement. The average placement is between 6 LPA to 10 LPA. CSE branch has scored the highest number of placements. Mostly, all the multinational companies visit VIT. TCS and Infosys are the mass recruiters in VIT.

Placements: The placements are very good. VIT has a placement process for both Chennai and Vellore campuses together. In the first week, companies like Flipkart, Paypal, Future First, Amazon visit the campus offering more than 15 LPA CTC. VIT has a Limca book of records for the highest placements in a day.

Placements: Last year, the highest placement made on the campus was 28 lacs per annum by PayPal, and the minimum salary package was six lacs per annum. Almost 100% placement was done just like every year. Most of the companies visited VIT, which had both the high-end ones like Amazon, PayPal, Google, and even had some mass recruiters likes TCS and Infosys.

Placements: The placements will be in Vellore campus, and we had to travel up to Vellore. Most of the companies, and for some 1st written online exam will be in Chennai, and shortlisted students only will be moving to Vellore for further rounds of placements. The number of companies that come is high, but the average package is low.

Placements: A lot of companies come to the college for the placements starting with the salary package of more than 4 LPA. A few companies offered a salary package of more than 10 LPA, but the number of students they hire is limited, compared to the bulk recruiters like Cognizant, TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, etc. The other companies include Zoho, Bank of America, Hexaware, Birlasoft, etc. The dream companies include Oracle, Microsoft, Paypal, Schneider, etc. In between, many companies visit the college ...

Placements: The placements for the senior batch was quite good. The highest salary offered was around 10 LPA and the minimum salary offered was around 3.5 LPA. The average salary was around 6 LPA. Some students got placed in R&D department of major automotive companies. The number of students who got internship was very less and the stipend was average amount.

Placements: Almost every student without any standing arrears got placed in my batch. The salary varies from 28 LPA to 2.5 LPA, and an average salary is 4-5 LPA. A huge variety of roles were offered to the students, which gave us a lot of choices regarding finding our career path. Our placement cell is extremely helpful. A range of training activities was arranged, and a simple yet effective system was set up to make sure every student gets a fair shot.

Placements: The placements statistics for the college, especially for the senior batch is amazing. Almost all the students got placed with a minimum salary package of 5 lacs per annum. Some students even had more than two job offers in their hand. Almost all top core companies visit the campus. Regarding internship, many students were offered internship from the top companies with a satisfying stipend.

Placements: Placements offered at our college are good. Many big companies came to provide jobs to the deserving students. Mass recruiters came to recruit the average students at average packages. Many companies came with dream offers for brilliant students. Overall, the placements are fine, and the college has a track record of 100% placements.
