Enjoy the perfect life and career.

Placements: Many companies come for placements. Mostly, all the students got placed in more than 1 company. All types of companies come to VIT. The international companies also come to the campus to offer the jobs and internships. The placements process is good in VIT and gives proper information about the company. They explain the requirements of placements, train us with mock interviews, and also declare the results in a short time.

VIT - A place to enjoy as well as to develop.

Placements: The placements are really good compared to other colleges, but the number of people getting placed in core companies for mechanical is low. Almost everyone gets an IT job like TCS/Infosys. Many companies take people for internships in the seventh semester. The computer science branch is the best for placements and ECE people who can code also go into companies with packages around 10-12 LPA. For mechanical, the average package is 4-5 LPA.

It's completely true that VIT is a place to run and chance to grow.

Placements: Many of the core and IT companies come to our college during the placement. If one is an average learner and having good power of expression, then he or she can easily get placed in core companies. In the previous year, the average Of mechanical stream was 4 LPA, and core companies like Maruti, TVS, Brakes India comes here every year.

Best private college in India.

Placements: The placements at VIT University are exceptionally well as compared to other private universities and engineering colleges. The college provided ample amount of opportunities to get a full-time job, internships, as well as opportunity to pursue higher education in premier education institutes in India and abroad. For my batch, (2016) around 95% of students were placed in campus placement with the average salary being 4 LPA. The lowest offer was of 3 LPA given by IT services firm and the highest ...

VIT University is good for the students who wants to get a good job with nice package.

Placements: The placements are very good. All the outsiders say that they won't see us and B.Tech students equally, but it is not true. The placements of our stream are more than the B.Tech students because we are coming from totally software side, and the package offered to us is better than that of B.Tech students.

It's India's top private university. Your expectations will not go empty.

Placements: The placements for the civils are not particularly very well. Only 3-4 civil core companies have visited here while the rest were mainly the IT or the management. However, around 90% of the students were placed in different companies with an average package of around 4 lakhs per annum. The placement cell here takes care of everything as we just need to register in it during our 3rd year.

The full engineering environment at VIT Chennai.

Placements: The college has all most 95 percent students got the placement and rest of them go for higher education. At my time of placement, there were about 200 companies that visited the campus and the placement time is something different every moment you will hear the news of placed one that gives a great enthusiasm and energy.

The more you learn, the more you grow where success kneals down towards your feet.

Placements: The placements are fair here. If your profile is matching the criteria of the companies, you are eligible to sit for the recruitment of the college which will help you only to attain the examination. After that, it's your capability to crack the interview. The persons who have below 60 percent in 10th and 12 are not allowed to sit in just a few interviews. Otherwise, it's difficult to get a job below 60 percent.

VIT-A place to learn and chance to grow.

Placements: The placements in this college were better as compared to that of previous batches where almost all the student got at least one offer. Majorly students in this college got offers from IT companies followed by analytics company and the core mechanical company. Average salary package is around 4-5 LPA, and many students getting internship along with the placements in final semester itself.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty.

Placements: There are 90% placements for our batch, and 85 % of our seniors got placed. There are more than 150 companies that visit our college for placements. We have classifications like regular, dream, super dream. The companies with the package of below 3 LPA come under regular, the companies with the package of below 7 LPA come under dream, and the package with above 7 LPA come under super dream. The maximum package is around 24 LPA, and the minimum would be around 2 LPA. We shouldn't have any arrear...

The best for the students who have good grasping power and good IQ.

Placements: The placements offer were very good for our batch. Nearly, 95% of the students are placed. Even for our seniors, the placement offers were very good. Mostly, IT people will get best placement offers. Even non-IT will get offers in IT companies, but I had heard that for our juniors, the placements were a little low.

Placements: There are only a few companies that come here in Chennai campus, many companies come to Vellore campus, so we have to go there to attend the placements. 90 percent of my seniors got placements with an average salary package of around 3.5 LPA. The highest was around 18 LPA.

Life at VIT Chennai Campus.

Placements: The Chennai campus students have been to Vellore for placements. As far as the placements, they get equal opportunities. Most of the students get placed in the companies like Cognizant, Accenture, etc. with a regular package of 4-5 LPA. There are other top companies such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, D. E. Shaw, and much more offering package of 10 LPA and above. Many companies visit the college for the placements, and it is entirely on the student interest if he or she has proper skills in prog...

Satisfied with the placements, and infrastructure needs to be improved.

Placements: The placements are the best part in VIT. 80% of the students will be placed easily. This is best in VIT, and also they will train the students well before placements. We can just go and study here without any doubt. No need to worry about placements, if we have above 60 percent.

Best university in India where VIT is a place to live and a chance to grow.

Placements: Civil engineering in VIT is good. The faculty members are decent, and the opportunities of projects are also as per standards of good engineering colleges. However, the problem with civil engineering is that it is literally a dying field, and don't ever anticipate that after 3-4 years, there will be no progress in this field. Because no matter how many infrastructural projects come up the intake of civil engineers in core jobs, it will be the same, and I don't know why its the way.

Overall, one of the top institutions for the engineers to enhance their knowledge.

Placements: This college provides the best placement opportunities you can get. Some companies visit VIT, and VIT has created many records. We having good tie-ups with the companies is another good factor. The training for the placements provided by VIT is top-level. It helps us when we sit for the placements. The opportunity provided by VIT for the placement is the best of all.

Placements: If we come to placements in our course, it is excellent. In the previous year, almost all the students got placed. In this current academic year, only a few were placed. In further months, I think, all the students will be placed with the basic salary approximately 25,000 per month. The college provides the internships, and it's the student wish to take the opportunity or not. The highest salary is around 1.5 lakhs per month. It is a campus with good infrastructure and exposure.

Placements: As I am a civil engineering student, the core placements are comparatively less when compared with the CSE or ECE branches. If the students are okay with the IT company rather than waiting for a core job VIT provides you many ways to get into the company. The only thing that the student should not have is running backlogs.

Placements: The placements in the college are quite good. This year, the highest package offered was 29 LPA to a girl of our branch by the Wipro Technologies. One of our senior students got placed in the Intel, and the package offered was 16 LPA. Overall, the placements are good for the students who are willing to work hard. The average package was 4 LPA.

VIT-Chennai is no less than the Vellore campus.

Placements: VIT attracts the best and the top most companies for placements. The no. of jobs created out off these companies is sufficient enough for everyone to get placed. The average salary will be around Rs. 4-5 LPA. If you are eligible for the placements before 4th year, you will have the best chance of getting placed.
